This beautiful villa offers Ocean and lagoon pool views! Beautiful Beach Villa on 2nd level in the preferred Beach Tower building. This Villa is the closest 3 bedroom location to the beach, overlooking beautiful lagoon pools and partial ocean view. Private location with no neighbors on either side of this beautiful villa. Inside, brand new 65" Samsung Smart TV's in great room and in Master bedroom. Each bedroom has Spectrum Cable TV. Fast wireless internet is available throughout the villa . The Villa is fully equipped including paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, lotions, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and clothes washing detergents to last your entire stay. Fully equipped unit! No need to pick up supplies. There are three king beds in the Villa. One can be converted to two extra long twin beds. We also have a brand new Natuzzi Leather queen size sofa bed with gel mattress and two brand new comfortable leather swivel rocking chairs. All bedrooms have new comfortable beds. The Villa is large with 1690 sf of living area. There is a new washer and dryer in unit. Our Villa is fully air conditioned. The appliances are state of the art and you will love our Hawaiian theme. To access the beach, pool and pool bar, take the staircase across the hall which will take you directly to the beach and pools. We have free parking. We also provide beach toys, beach chairs and coolers.

We chose the condo for the 3 bedrooms. Having a full functioning kitchen, 3 bathrooms and washer/dryer was amazing! The grounds are pristine, the hot tub was so hot—it was amazing and you’re so close to the ocean! The bays are calm for young kids; we saw plenty of fish snorkeling and even a turtle in our bay! We dined at Aulani and Marriott, both were a close walk. There’s no restaurant on property but the bar with snacks was sufficient. After walking to Aulani and Marriott we were grateful to be staying at the condo. Both of the bigger hotels were so busy and difficult to keep track of children with the layout. Parents can easily relax at the condo pool and see the kids from the hot tub or lounge chairs, plus the pool is only 3.5ft deep so most 5 year olds or older can stand. We’re already planning our next trip!

We had such a beautiful time at this condo! Set up perfectly for Grandparents, Mom & Dad and 2 kids. The Condo is spacious & well appointed. The view so beautiful. The cove was a plus for small swimmers. The Lagoon pool so fun for the kids. We would definitely return.

The beach villa was absolutely perfect for our family! This was our first trip to Hawaii in celebration of my 50th birthday. The villa was just as described and the views were gorgeous!

This is our second time staying at this KoOlina beach villa and we love it. We stayed with our two adult sons their wives and two infant grandchildren. It was a joy! Lots of room with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. The indoor/outdoor living is wonderful and the kitchen is well stocked. The owners Chris and Greg are wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this property. Very spacious for all our family. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom supplies were appreciated too. Great to overlook the pool if you have children. Quiet. Great walking paths around the property. We would stay again.

We loved our stay at Chris’s beautiful beach villa. We have stayed in Ko olina before and this villa was our favorite stay so far. The unit is well decorated and up to date. The beds are comfortable and the entire place was extremely clean. The villa was well stocked with towels, beach matts, coolers. Etc, Our teenagers loved having their own bedroom and bathroom, and we all enjoyed spending time together on the big sunny lanai which overlooks the main pool. If you don’t enjoy the sound of children playing or hearing “Marco polo” being played you might want to stay closer to the quiet pool. We personally didn’t mind the pool noise at all. On certain nights they have live music at the beach bar which we could enjoy from the comfort of the lanai. We will be back again next year! Thanks Chris for sharing your beautiful villa with us.
