This condo was clean, updated and well appointed although as with any rental property you will have to provide salt/pepper etc. unless someone else left theirs. We loved having 2 bathrooms as well as the W/D being in the unit. The view is amazing but the street noise was a bit of drawback. Know going in that it is noisy. Some drivers seem to think that the entire island wants to hear their music or mufflers. With that said, you are in the heart of Kona and you can walk every where so that's the tradeoff. We wore earplugs at night and it helped.
I would like to mention the water pressure, Wow! We miss the showers! Lol
Overall, we would consider staying there again.

This condo delivers as described and pictured. They have thought of everything. We were so comfortable staying there. The appliances, layout, bathrooms, main shower are great. One thing to note, that has nothing to do with the property owners is the amount of noise from the cars that make so much noice and vibration (think immature car owners that need attention from others). The crashing waves help with this noise level, but often the music overpowers the waves. With that said, the Condo is in a great location.

Well stocked with kitchen items, available parking, overall pretty quiet, food options available literally right out of the elevators to the building, a/c and fans to help cool the condo, and the view! We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets every night. Our only challenge was the bed was a little soft for us. Other than that, it was great!

This condo is pretty well equiped, very clean, with a lot of space. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and body surf boards. Ali the basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc.) were provided. It's well located, with restaurants in walking distance. There are great beaches near by, the best one we went to at approximately 30 min by car. I would return anytime!
