Watch spinner dolphins, breaching whales (seasonally), amazingly breath-taking sunsets (year round) and keep an eye out for those mesmerizing "Green Flashes" as the sun sets below the horizon line! Turtles rest in tide pools along the shoreline - some even come up on land!
Enjoy the feeling of an open floor plan.. The Master Bedroom opens into the Living Room by Sliding Doors that can close off for privacy as necessary. Also enjoy the convenience of walking out to your incredible lanai from the Master Bedroom! AIR CONDITIONING WALL UNIT IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ONLY! King Sized Bed In the Master that has it's own private bathroom. Enjoy a walk-in shower in the master bathroom that has a hand-held shower head...a shower stool was installed as well! The Living Room has comfortable furnishings, and indoor dining for 4 as well. A 29 inch television for entertainment in the Living Area.
The Guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen Sized Bed, and guests staying in this bedroom can access their own 2nd bathroom.
A solid vanity top with a chrome faucet was installed in the guest bath with a tub/shower combination.
The Kitchen: Fully equipped to have everything a renter could need on their Vacation.

The property is well kept up. It looked like that there had been a few upgrades. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful sunsets!

Condo is clean and well stocked. It could use some upgrading, cabinets and carpet are very old. Beautiful views of the deck and sunsets are breath taking. If you come talk to Christie she is very nice and helpful.

Loved the location! Easy check in and out process. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, watched the locals surf, saw whales and dolphins, too. It would be nice to have a light out on the lanai. Otherwise, we will be staying here again!

Comfortable unit in a wonderful location. This cozy condo was perfect for our family of four. The view cannot be beat, the lanai was spacious. The basics are provided, we had a great stay at a very reasonable price point. Check in and check out were easy and quick!

Aloha Kona Bali Kai! We stayed in the penthouse and it has a spectator view! This is a perfect unit for a family of 6! The ocean is right below so you can dip your toes or just soak up that fabulous Hawaii sunshine. Mahalo

The rental was somewhat dated and the second bedroom was very basic. There were no beach chairs. Having said that the Lanai was lovely and looked directly over the ocean. We watch whales breach and the surfers every morning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Bali Kai. The ocean is so close that you can hear the waves crashing. We watched the surfers daily while drinking coffee on the lanai. The condo was a perfect size for my husband and me, and we cooked most of our meals there.
