    The location is fantastic. Some updates are needed. The ice maker doesn't work. The tv and remotes work minimally. If you hit the guide on the remote, it disconnects from the cable. The view from the lanai is wonderful. Second floor location is just right. Location is peaceful and quietwith a great view of the golf course and Mauna Kea. Walking distance to the Queen and King restaurants and shopping courts is very convenient.

    Excellent condo with all the required amenities for my wife and I. We especially likes the pool area and the hot tub surrounded by the lava rock. The property was exactly like the photo's in the listing. We had excellent golf course views and enjoyed watching the golfers.

    We were so happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the unit. Michelle was so wonderful to work with - she's helpful, professional, and kind. The view is wonderful and the proximity to shops and grocery store are such perks. 2 min drive to a great beach with some shade.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and quiet. Excellent view of the mountains, sunrise, and 3rd hole of the golf course. The sun can be a bit bright on the lanai in the morning, but as it rises, it is a great spot to read/relax in the afternoon and evenings. The unit has a strong WIFI system. It is walking distance to shopping and the beaches. Sunsets can be seen within a five-minute drive. The unit is roughly 20 minutes from Hapuna beach. Overall, it is a great unit and value for the investment.

    Condo is spacious and bright with a nice lanai. Nice pool. Great central location on the west side of the island. Some upgrades to supplies are needed such as knifes (very blunt), cutlery, 2 of the 3 boogie boards were broken etc. for the price I would expect these items to be better.
