Discounted green fees of $85 for 18 holes before 11 am at the Beach 9, Lakes 9 and Kings 9 Courses just a short drive from the unit. Club rentals are $25 at the Pro Shop. It is a 15 minute walk to the pro shop, Mauna Grill & Bar restaurant and driving range. Only a 5 minute walk to all kinds of amenities including Starbucks, groceries, shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, movie theater and live entertainment. Luaus at the Hilton and Marriott with traditional foods, music and dances. From the hotels and A-Bay beach, it is a short walk back to your Hawaii Home with lush grounds that are extremely quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the complex, but only a one minute walk to the delightful tropical lagoon pool and hot tub for a relaxing swim or catching up on that book you have been wanting to read and the fully equipped workout room. Or drive 10 minutes to the best white sand beaches on the island, Hapuna and Mauna Kea. Paradise found!

It was a very comfortable place, perfect location for golf and access to the beaches in the Waikoloa area. The property manager and site manager were lovely and very responsive. Great pool for the kids.

So so clean! Had everything we needed for our vacation. Umbrella , beach chairs, beach mat, noodles, floaties, snorkeling gear, coolers (big one and backpack) and bikes. After a long day snorkeling and hiking just drive back and park in their garage right in front of the condo. The owners put so much consideration to their beautiful place! We will definitely be back here!!

If you love to cook while you are on vacation this is the place. It has everything you need. Condiments in the fridge for use and honor system to replenish. Beds were comfortable. My kids wished the bed in 2nd room was split apart as requested when I initially booked this property. Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers were very handy for our excursions around the island. Snorkel gear provided was OK-better off renting/buying your own. A/C only cools to 76 degrees and unable to adjust. I totally understand conservation. The recommendation to open windows/sliding door at night helps cool the place but prefer A/C due to sounds of nature at crack of dawn, sprinklers and golf course mowing. Overall, would stay here again!

This rental greatly exceeded our expectations! The property is quiet, peaceful, extremely well maintained. Pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The condo itself is very comfortable, updated, clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (and much more!). There is a nice lanai overlooking golf course. We had access to quality beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Area is very pleasant for walking - short walk to A-Bay, lot of shops and restaurants. Definitely hope to stay in this condo again, we very highly recommend it!

This ground floor unit is so convenient to Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining but the best thing we loved about it was the golf discount. There are golf clubs in the garage so we saved money on renting clubs. There is a men’s left hand set and adult right hand set. Very easy to book all our tee times at the kings and beach golf club where the owners are Gold members.

The owners of this lovely condo have literary though ot EVERYTHING! We have stayed many places throughout the US, and this one has it all, which made our stay truly comfortable and easy. The decor is highend and beautiful. The kitchen supplies and organization are wow! The beds are extremely comfortable and clean, with nice linens. The garage has every beach amenity guests could want. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and grilling our dinner several evenings. The proximity to ABay, Lava, Lava Beach Club for a casual dinner and drinks, and shopping is super convenient.
