We've stayed here for many years. The rooms are starting to look a little dated, but it's a great location and a great value in Kona.
Great location, good communication, had plenty of accommodations.
We had a fabulous trip. The condo was clean and wonderful... right on the water. And a quick walk to Kailua for dinner.
The setting is spectacular right on the ocean. We did have an issue with condensation from the AC even though we never left doors or windows open. The property manager got a repair company out and the issue went away! The sliding door should probably be replaced and the blinds repaired. Parking situation under the complex is excellent, proximity to shops, restaurants and tourist adventures is all within walking distance. The condo had lawn chairs, snorkeling equipment, coolers and everything needed to enjoy the local beaches—that was unexpected!! Snorkeling right at the condo is phenomenal, but NOT for the beginner and shouldn’t be done when the surf is raging. Overall excellent experience!

Location is the best! Property itself, is a bit underwhelming. It is however, what I expected for the rental rate. It is clean in the unit. The complex needs some freshening up. Pool is great.

1. Was told we were too loud on lanai and violated rules of phone calls. There were no rule
2. No instructions on working tv. There are 6 remotes. When someone came to show us, we were told to use the unlabeled remote.
3. Only one towel bar in bathroom, and tub bottom about 4” higher than floor so hard to safely step out with no support bars for us older folks.
5. Microwave went out. It was replaced when we called, but with a much larger unit which took up lots is the small kitchen area.
6. We were called the day before check out and reminded checkout was 10 am. The notice in the condo says checkout is 11 am.

The location is outstanding. A great view overlooking the ocean and fantastic sunsets from the lanai.
The supplies and amenities in the unit were slim and the kitchen silverware was a jumble of items. The bathroom is very small and difficult for seniors with mobility problems. The supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, etc. was enough for 3 days but not much more. Seem like if your renting for several weeks, the supplies should be larger since the daily rate is the same if it were 3 days or a month. Inside the appliances and furnishings are somewhat outdated as well.
The instructions for operating the TV were incorrect and it took a call the the agent to figure it out. There should be operating instructions for this as well as the other amenities of the unit, i.e., the gas bbq. It was locked so we thought it was unusable due to COVID, but in fact the padlock uses the same key as our unit.
All in all we had a great time there. The view from the unit is outstanding and its location to the eating, shopping and other activities is all a short walking distance.

We loved this place! The view is phenomenal! The pool is great! The kids loved the short walk to town for dining, shopping, and watching volleyball. The kitchen could use a little update, but had everything we needed.

This condo is in a wonderful location. Very close to be able to walk to downtown as well as many fun dining establishments. The view is to die for and the grounds are very nice, especially the pool area. But the condo itself is in need of an upgrade. Some simple things would make a world of difference. Some paint on the chipped walls, a new bathmat would do wonders, clean the windows and the rusty sliding glass door. Get some deck furniture instead of the folding chairs, old wooden table and an old wooden one that has got to be decades old.
This place has so much potential, with just a few improvements it would really be great!
