Pros: Location is great.Beautiful ocean view. They provide beach umbrella, cooler, boogie board, beach towels, etc Plenty of fans in each room which is nice bc it gets hot in there. Plenty of dishes. Cons:Ants in every part of the kitchen. I’ve stayed on the north shore and the south shore and never dealt with this. Lots of thick comforters but no lightweight bedding. We got very warm at night. No sheets for the sofa bed. Furniture was much too big for the space. It felt cramped and hard to get around the main living area. Neither a pro nor a con: the neighbor on the west side is not a fan of nonresidents. You’ll also need to be ok with hearing them shoot at the birds with an air gun in the morning.
We come to Kauai every year and have stayed in different places in Princeville. This was just okay. The view is amazing, but the neighbor is out on the balcony constantly smoking, so unless you are also a smoker, you really can’t go out and enjoy the balcony. The non air conditioning was tolerable, there are a lot of fans. The whole condo is kind of dark, the living room doesn’t have overhead lighting or lamps. Several burned out bulbs in other rooms. The sheet on the pull out couch was dirty. The screen on the window in the loft fell out upon us opening the window for the first time, so we had to keep it closed. There was no parking pass when we arrived and management didn’t respond for a day, but we are still ending the trip with no pass. Fortunately there is plenty of non-resident parking. Lots of beach equipment available in the condo including a small cooler, beach wagon, boogie boards, 8 chairs, tons of sand toys. The washer and dryer are extremely small, they can only fit 2-3 towels at a time. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook in the condo. We enjoyed the easy walk out onto the cliff to watch the sunset every night. We will probably skip this place next time.

The space was great for a family, and the home very well-equipped - pretty much everyrhing we needed was on-site. Yes, theres no ac and it gets a little warm, but there are plenty of fans and that with a good cross-breeze helps. The downstairs furniture is a little large and we had to rearrange a bit to accommodate a wheelchair, but it worked very well for our family. Great view to wake up to and end the evening with every day.
The condo itself was just like the pictures…however, we should have been informed that it was a construction zone! The walkway was completely dug up and we had to walk over an unsafe board to get to the unit. It was noisy and there was lots of construction equipment and debris around the unit. If notified of the construction we would have stayed some where else!

Princeville condo was a convenient north shore location for various activities including a short walk to the princeville Haena hiking shuttle. Great space for our family and nice porch. One issue at check in the rental co dealt with quickly. Would stay again!

The location of the Condo in Princeville is perfect, restaurants and groceey store. The views from your balcony are gorgeous. Small hime down a tree covered trail and you are at your own private beach for swimming and snorkeling you can see fish and turtles. You are just minutes away from Hanalei which has one of most beautiful beaches to relax on, swim and boogie board. There is tons of shopping, and restaurants in Hanalei.
We loved the place, it’s spacious and modern . Loved the attention to details. Bring detergent because you will need to wash sheets/towels if you use extra
This place was hands down the best property!! From the location to every detail in the home we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We loved all the extra items this place had on hand like the ice chest, beach wagon, sun umbrella, rain umbrellla, beach towels, beach chairs…. The list goes on. Kauai is our new favorite island and I will always stay at this place! The absolute best!

The condo was nice and full equipped. Really like it. The location is great and the view is amazing quick walk to the beach.
The unit is nicely updated, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. As others have mentioned, it does get very warm in the unit, and even with fans going it doesn't cool down until well after dark. We were very aware of no A/C as mentioned in the listing, but were still a little surprised at how hot it got upstairs.
Our issue was that the fridge didn't work properly upon our arrival and there was little assistance/concern from the management company. They were slow to respond or just didn't respond, and then never followed up to make sure it was properly working or to let us know it had been fixed. We went two days without a working fridge, so the food we bought went bad. We planned to eat in to save some money. When we mentioned having to throw out food, all we got was an, "oh sorry". Also, the water/ice dispensers and ice maker were disconnected.
I would not rent this unit unless you have been assured that the fridge has been replaced, as I saw a previous review also mention issues.
We loved our stay. The condo was in a lovely area on the best part of the island. The space was perfect for lounging and cooking, especially with that gorgeous view! Both bedrooms were very private and it was a very nice place to spend the week!
We enjoyed staying here, place was clean and comfortable.. the only thing we would say as a negative would be the upstairs needs AC in the hot months.

House was overall beautiful and cozy. It had basic supplies to get us through the trip. When we arrived I forgot there was no air conditioner, we ended up not using the bedroom upstairs after one night. They did however provided us plenty of fans to use. Overall we felt safe, enjoyed the pool, close to stores. When we arrived it was late, it was after business hours, myself and others couldn’t find our place and had trouble locating it, it would be nice if there was someone to talk to or more direction in locating the house.

We had issues with the refrigerator. Maintenance came and said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Never made ice so we kept buying it. Also the back lanai could have been more pleasant but the wire try to keep the birds out was ripped so they were there all the time making nests. Reported an issue with one window but never got a response.
The location was great. I would recommend this complex.

The property was very well maintained and the location was beautiful. The only issues we had were the internet did not work most of the time and the cable TV did not work in the main area and main level bedroom. The only TV that worked was in the upstairs bedroom. We contacted the phone number provided several times but did not get a return call.
We stayed at this property for almost two weeks. Everything was just great . Let me start with the view . It was amazing! We saw whales from our balcony! The entire condo was stocked really good. We had plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen was also fully stocked. We had such a good experience! We will definitely be back again. I was pleasantly surprised that management called us to make sure we got the code to get in before we even got there and checked with us again after we arrived. I really appreciated that. Yes, there was a construction going on , but it didn’t bother us much.

This unit is completely redone and spacious with a glorious view. It is also well stocked. During our January 2024 stay, the entire condominium property was undergoing major repairs (new roofs) and they were working on building 15 and building 16. We endured a crane and dumpster parked in front of our building as well as workers pounding on the clay tiles and roof of our building. We also had a bug infestation (roaches and ants) during our stay, which required two pesticide treatments. The normal parking area was inaccessible and there was a ladder and a pile of broken clay tiles blocking the front entry. We took pictures of the mess and sent a daily update to rental agency. I would not recommend staying at any unit of the Puamana condos during the construction, which has been going on since 2020.
The inside is so new and decorated nicely. Great view on a golf course and a short walk to a secluded beach. Also close to Anini beach, a world class snorkeling location. Only problem was construction nearby.

Condo was stocked with all the beach essentials, towels, kitchen appliances, etc you would need. The condo is situated on beautiful golf course with ocean views for sunrise and sunsets! Highly recommend to others.

Stayed here with my wife and toddler and this place was perfect. It has a great view over the golf course. It is also close to groceries and shops in Princeville, or Hanalei if you're looking for a bit more variety. There's a walkable beach as well as many more that are a short drive away.
