Kona Reef is within 1/4 mile of town and offers one- or two-bedroom condominiums.
The complex offers 4 gas grills, covered outdoor eating area, saltwater pool and hot tub. Next door is a white sand beach.
There is an elevator, but stairs are required for access to all units.

Announcement:
* On 10/16/2023 there will be an alarm system installation that will begin on the balance of the condos starting with the 1-bedroom units. The 2 and 3-bedroom condos will be done after the 1 bedrooms are completed. This will take approximately 2 hours per unit.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equiped. The location was a perfect launching off point for many activities in the area (e.g., National Historical Sites, beaches, restaurants, and downtown Kailua Kona). Given that we had three adults staying in the unit, we appreciated having two bedrooms and full baths. Our favorite part of this condo was the lania and ocean front views, which were a fantastic place for morning coffee and dinners! In addition, we appreciated the welcome gifts provided, the cooler, and beach chairs. The cooler and chairs were great to have on day trips around the area. We would definitely stay here again and recomend this unit.

This is a wonderful condo! Great location and beautiful view! We enjoyed spending time on the lanai watching the ocean. The condo had lots of extra amenities which we appreciated - spices, many items for water sports and play, beach umbrella, lawn chairs, etc. The manager was very helpful and gracious. We really liked this condo and hope to go back there next year.

This is the best suite in this building. It is equipped with everything you could possibly want to make your holiday enjoyable - from guide books to beach gear. Everything was clean and neat. We had our whole family (9 people, including an infant) staying in the building, but our suite quickly ended up being the go-to location for meals and hanging out. Meals right at the waterfront were a treat! Highly recommended and we would choose this suite again in a minute.
