Kona Reef is within 1/4 mile of town and offers one- or two-bedroom condominiums.
The complex offers 4 gas grills, covered outdoor eating area, saltwater pool and hot tub. Next door is a white sand beach.
There is an elevator, but stairs are required for access to all units.

* On 10/16/2023 there will be an alarm system installation that will begin on the balance of the condos starting with the 1-bedroom units. The 2 and 3-bedroom condos will be done after the 1 bedrooms are completed. This will take approximately 2 hours per unit.

Beautiful, clean condo with very updated kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Large living gave us lots of space. The view was to die for. Sunsets in the evening and waves crashing all day. Condo has a large pool and every night a man blows the conch to announce the sunset. You will never want to leave this view. Condo is close to all the restaurants and retail in downtown Kona. We walked to the restaurants and shops. You will love this place.

This property exceeded our expectations! It is clean, well equipped, and an excellent location. The view is spectacular. We loved everything about our stay.

This has a great view of the ocean and the waves breaking right in front of you. Eating breakfast on the lanai and watching the sunset everyday was a highlight of the place. Walking distance to shops and food as well as east drives to where ever you need to go.

The condo is well equipped with things like sunscreen, umbrellas for the sand as well as beach towels. My biggest negative on the condo is the master bedroom. The mattress is really bad. There is an egg crate top on it but it doesnโt reach the edge and still isnโt enough to provide comfort. We stayed there 10 nights and by the 5th I was out on the pull out couch. The pool is not very clean. There was algea growing on the tiles and got all over my bathing suit top. I would suggest trash cans outside as there is no place to throw waste from a car or to
Pick up off the walkway to throw away.

This unit was perfect and quiet - exactly what I was looking for. Quick distance to shops and anything you could need. Parking available which made it less stressful upon arrival. Will be back!

This was a great location and perfect place to watch sunsets! It was so nice having beach chairs and umbrella we could use when we went to the beautiful beaches north. It was also so cool seeing some of the athletes training for Iron Man. Definitely would stay at this location again.
