This space was perfect for two. It was clean, well-stocked, and close to coffee, a store, a few beaches, and "downtown" Kona. The property manager was amazing, attentive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Very clean and very well equipped. It’s close to everything in Kona, great sunset views from the pool. Nice to have a parking space included with the condo.

Great for 2. Second floor, balcony, good a/c, clean, cute. Had a couple types of chairs, umbrella, floaties, and a couple sizes of coolers and nice beach towels. The grounds with pool and bbq area plus just a nice spot with tables down at the water was well maintained and pretty quiet. Laundry is $2.50 a load, they have an app you can download. Great location. You don’t need to keep track of a key to come and go so that was nice. Nice price point too for what you get.
The location of the condo was great and really clean. The listing is complete (we did not miss anything), accurate and everything worked appropriately. Communications with the property manager was easy, clear, and received well enough in advance so that the checkin process is easy and fast. Checout process was also easy to do. No excessive requirements to do.
We had a great time, and we thank you for that. We definitvely recommend this location.
This was our second stay and we will be back again in the future. It suits our style and needs perfectly.

We had a great stay at Kona Shores 203. Great landing spot after our days of adventuring on the island.
This condo was just as advertised. It would be perfect for a younger couple looking for a short term stay right near the hub of Kona downtown. It is very basically stocked but more or less has everything you need. A couple boogie boards would have been greatly appreciated and a portable plastic laundry tub for the walk to the laundry
We enjoyed our stay at this great location. The condo was well equipped. We used the lawn chairs, ice packs & umbrellas that were there. They were nice to have & greatly appreciated. Sunsets from the pool area were awesome!
Great place to stay just mile down the road from all of the shops and restaurants and walking distance to coffee shop and small convenience store. The unit is on the road but was not as noisy as we expected. The pool was great with a view of and access to the rocky shores of the ocean for a beautiful sunset.

We had a great stay in this place. It is clean,elegant, friendly neighbors and beautiful view of the ocean. It's close also to restaurants and stores especially the open farmers market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and souvenir items. We enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend Kona shores to our friends, relatives and other people who wants to visit the Big Island.

Upon arrival we noticed how close to downtown shops we were, also we were able to walk down to the pool area which gives you oceanfront access. Although it’s pretty rocky, beautiful nonetheless! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of extras such as umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers (2sizes) snorkel gear, beach blankets and pool noodles! There was plenty of plates silverware and much more. The street gets pretty noisy from 4-6pm but quiets down after that. Air conditioning is felt great walking in after a long day of shopping! Very cute quaint little airbnb. I would stay here again.

The property staff is always quick to respond assisting with needs or issues. Although we saw a few stains on some of the furniture cloth everything else was neat clean and comforting. The pools is small but fun with beautiful ocean views including cruise ships, kayakers and sailboats. Encourages more of quiet local life on a zen peaceful state. Laundry on site also great pay per load and lizards are fun and interesting. We had a lovely stay!
It’s a beautiful little studio condo on the second floor accessible by stairs right next to the road. The location is close to all of the Kona life. The condo owner has supplied beach towels and amenities to provide you with fun times at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this little place. Thank you.

We stayed at Kona Shores for 5 days. It was very economical and very comfortable for two people. We enjoyed the lanai & loved the birds singing early in the morning. The pool was nice. Location is excellent. All the little extras were there.
