This Top Floor condo situated immediately next to Alii Drive has everything you need to enjoy your time on the Big Island of Hawaii! The property features a full kitchen and a full bathroom. There is a Queen sized bed, plenty of seating in the living area, flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, plus a lanai with outdoor seating. You will be able to enjoy the cruise ships docked in the bay from the Lanai. There is Air Conditioning to help cool off from the tropical sunshine after your Hawaii excursions. The property is equipped to make it easy for beach adventures with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, noodles, coolers and more.

The Kona Shores condominium complex has an ocean-front pool with a cabana, two bathrooms and a charcoal grill for barbecuing. It is a perfect location to hang out and soak up the Hawaii sun and enjoy the gorgeous Kona sunsets. You may possibly spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset as the sun sets behind the horizon. The Kona Shores is a popular location for visitors due to its close proximity to beaches and to the heart of Kailua Kona which is filled with restaurants and shopping right along the water’s edge. Some of the activities you can find on the Kona Coast include beaches, luau’s, farmer’s markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing; just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. With so much to do this condo makes a perfect home base to relax after all of your vacation adventures or you can just have a relaxing day lounging by the pool.
