Easy to use too many superlatives when describing this property. It has all we want, clean, beautiful views, everything actually works and well equipped.
We had the most wonderful stay at Sea Villages! Our room was perfect. The view was amazing and everything was up to date and clean. It had everything we needed, we didn’t need to buy anything once we got there. We were nervous that the room would be hot but it had a nice breeze and we never felt uncomfortable. It was perfect location and the pool was great. We will definitely be staying here again!
The condo has the best view! My husband was a little concerned about not having an AC but the breeze kept the condo cool through the day and night! Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip.
Relaxation is what my husband and I needed after my recent shoulder surgery. We spent about 75% of our time on the island in our condo. Sitting out on the balcony enjoying breakfast and lunch was so pleasant. Our afternoon naps in the living room were so relaxing with the sound of the waves. The breathtaking sunsets were amazing as well! This property will definitely be first on our list for our next visit to Kona.

We walked in to the sound of the ocean. The lanai is almost over the water. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook if you don't want to eat out. The bed was really comfy.
The host has beach chairs, googles, cooler.. We couldn't get the Internet and contacted the management company. They responded within 30 seconds. Great customer service. We will stay here again.
We walked into this beautiful condo minutes before sunset after a very long day. Opening the sliding glass door brought in the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks and the view of one of the most incredible sunsets I've ever seen!!! You are literally in the magnificent lava rocks! The condo is Lovely...beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. The ceiling fans along with the floor stand fans and the ocean breezes provided all the cooling we needed. This was a magical experience from start to finish!!! Thank you for this forever memory!
We had a great family trip for 16 people! Rented four condos and all were clean and well equipped. Sea Village had a great bbq area and pool. Close to town and amazing views! Loved the extra water floaties and beach chairs available in rooms. We will be back 🙂

Our unit was nicely appointed. We found lots of beach items to borrow during our stay. The unit has a nice trade wind coming through to cool things down. Beautiful view from both inside and the lanai.
The kitchen also had everything we needed. Condo facilities are great

The BBQ area was fun meeting other travelers.
The bedroom did get warm so we put
the fan from the living room into the hallway to help.

This condo is perfect for enjoying everything you want on the Big Island. The location is fantastic, 1 mile walk to restaurants. The condo was stocked with everything you need for snorkeling or going to the beach or driving around the island!

3rd floor up with no elevators made it warm for these Alaskans to get in and out of the unit, but would still highly recommend this unit!

The apartment is extremely well appointed and has all of the utensils and other equipment you could possibly need. The balcony is great with great views and beautiful sea breezes.
However, the bedroom is at the back of the unit, and with no air conditioning (clearly disclosed in the listing), is extremely warm unless the breeze is blowing in a very precise direction. Further, the bedroom windows are on the outside corridor and if open the corridor lights shine in all night and you hear every sound of people moving about the corridors and adjacent car park. there is a ceiling fan, but it just did not provide enough air movement to cool the room adequately. if the unit was air-conditioned, it would be perfect.
Great location, clean, spacious, place to stay when visiting the Big Island. There is also a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.
We loved everything about this condo, especially the lanai looking out over the ocean.

Amazing ! You won’t be disappointed.
The condo was amazing! Great view, extremely well equipped with everything you could need, including beach chairs and cooler! They also allowed us to check-in early which we really appreciated after a day of traveling.
My only complaint was the lack of knowledge the property management had on the work being done at the property. About a week before arrival I was notified that there would be work being done on the siding of the building on the ocean side which I appreciated them letting me know, but they could not provide any additional info on hours, days they would be working, or impact on our stay. I understand these things change constantly but the #1 reason I booked the place was to spend time on that beautiful balcony. The impacts were minimal…ie the workers were smoking while working, there was machinery noise while outside on the balcony, some poles were in our view for one day, and one morning at 8:30am I looked out the sliding glass door to see one of them on our balcony with a ladder eeek! Slightly shocking while in my pjs :). We easily adjusted our plans and tried to leave when the workers were around, it just would have been nice to understand when they would be there rather then having to figure it out ourselves.
Even with the construction work, we had an amazing stay!
The VRBO is even prettier in person! Our whole family rented separate condos, and this was the nicest rental condo out of all them. Super clean, beautiful kitchen with everything you could need, a very detailed book with things to do and see and eat! Wonderful place to stay and will be back!
