I brought my two teenage sons and 87 year old father for this wonderful vacation. The property was meticulously cared for and every bit as beautiful as the photos. It was so quiet and peaceful. The open floorplan was perfect for my father who uses a walker. There was plenty of room for us to all share time together as well as enough room to have some quiet space when we wanted it. The location is perfect for whatever adventure you might be looking for. We will absolutely be back. I'm already telling my dad he will be celebrating his 88th birthday here!
We had a lovely time at Hale Nalani! I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was a clump of hair in the bathroom and a dead cockroach in the bedroom (they’re very common in HI). The pool was also a bit dirty even though the pool guy stopped by - he asked when we were leaving and said he’d be back to clean it then. Location was great, we could walk to the Princeville Center for dinner, grocery shopping, drinks, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. House was well stocked and had mostly everything we needed.
Amazing property, pool was so fun! Lots of amenities and equipment there to borrow that made beach outings perfect. The only weird thing is the dim lighting in the master bathroom and that there is no door. Other than that it was perfect!
We had an amazing time at this property. Everything was perfect. The location, the home, the amenities, and the management company were all wonderful. If you’re looking for a place to stay with friends or family, this is the spot.
Everything was fine. Please note that I got cut and I just got back from the emergency room. We still should be out by 10 AM. Also, I was bleeding a lot, and I was using tissues to stop the bleeding which clogged the master room toilet. A plunger would fix it, but we could not find one. Also, we had misplaced one of the front door keys in the house. So, I had two new keys made at ace hardware and they are on the cabinet in the kitchen.
My family and I spent a week in Princeville at the home, great location, very clean and easily able to accommodate the 6 of us plus an infant. Great kitchen to cook in with all the needed amenities. The pool was a hit all around. Communication was great with the property management company as well.I will look forward to our next stay!
Well stocked with beach equipment- chairs, boogie boards, snorkel stuff, beach toys for kids. Only gripe was the check in process. Property insists on not giving you the access code until check in time, despite multiple requests to get it earlier to distribute to the family as I was going to be in the air at check in time.

We loved our stay. House is even nicer than the pictures! Great location, short walk to playground for kids and Princeville shopping center. Mgmt company was very responsive for the minor issues that came up during our long stay.
This property is exactly as described—spacious, beautifully designed, and even bigger than it looks. With tons of hidden nooks and crannies, it was perfect for our group of 5.
The garage was huge and stocked with everything we needed for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, and more—which was VERY much appreciated!
As someone who loves to cook, I found the kitchen well-stocked with quality cookware. Standard spices (salt, pepper, and a few extras) were provided, though no sugar—something we hadn’t thought to grab for coffee. While we didn’t use the BBQ, it looked ready to deliver.
The large opening onto the lanai was spectacular, providing the perfect space to relax. The pool was a treat at the end of the day, especially after tackling the Napali Coast hike. Next time, I’ll get the pool heated as the water was a little cool despite the warm weather. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we found everything we needed for a cozy stay (after a bit of hunting for extra blankets!).
Walking around Princeville was delightful, with convenient stops like Foodland and local markets where we picked up beautiful art. Hanalei was conveniently close. The Hanalei Fish Market is a must—the poke was the best I’ve ever had!
While many of our activities were in Lihue and Poipu, the scenic drives made the travel enjoyable. This was a perfect home away from home for a relaxing Kauai getaway. We can’t wait to come back!
We had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving. Cooking and the kids playing in the pool was a hit! The home is set up perfectly and well equipped with everything we needed. We had some mishaps with the dishwasher and dirt dishes in the cabinet but it was quickly corrected and we would love to stay here again.
We had a wonderful time at this house. It’s absolutely gorgeous, well cared for, and very clean! The pool was a delight and there were plenty of toys to take to the beach as well. We will definitely be staying here again!
This house was the best rental we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at a LOT). Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 small kids. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Beautifully appointed house with every amenity you could need. Great communication with the management company (had a coffee pot that leaked that was replaced the next morning).

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much for our 4 day stay in Kauai! Super cute, super clean, very spacious & well appointed with all the things we needed for our feast after a great fishing day! All of the beach gear we could have possibly needed & in great condition! Having the pool was nice, although we did not get to use it as much as we hoped. Great neighborhood, not too far from anything we had planned. We are very much looking forward to visiting again soon & we will absolutely look to see if this home is available!
This magical property was absolutely amazing! Came equipped with everything in the description and so much more! We enjoyed all the home had to offer with there beach equipment and snorkel gear ! To never running out of plush towels or toiletries! The pool was everything and more we spent everyday enjoying the sunrise and playing in it!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
We had an amazing stay on Kauai at this beautiful property! The pictures fo not do it justice!! Everything was super clean and had everything that we would need!! We loved the location in Princeville!! We were able to see the whole island but our favorite was being on the North Shore! The kids loved relaxing in the pool and sitting g around the outside table talking and spending time together! The house is so roomy we never felt like we were on top of one another. We all had our own space! We loved it! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home in a great location, very convenient to Hanelai Bay and a short walk to the local small shopping center and grocery store. My autistic son LOVED the pool and so did the rest of our family!!! An overall great experience and we highly recommend this beautiful property!!! The only thing I would recommend is brighter lighting in the master bathroom so senior citizens can see to put on their eye makeup ❤️
The property was exactly as advertised. Check in process was easy and minimal requirements to check out. The home os beautiful and worked perfect for my husband and I, our adult son and his best friend. We each had our own space when we needed to work. We all enjoyed our time at this beautiful property.
