The location was great! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Best news was that the AC in the bedroom and the separate unit in the living room WERE GREAT! We turned the units off when we left and they would cool the rooms very quickly upon our return. The balcony overlooked the water and was very nice. The unit could use another chair as we had to move one of the two dining chairs over to the desk to be able to do any work and then always scoot it back to eat. The room was very quiet and we were there on New Years Eve when there were many firecrackers.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome. The property could use some updates, especially in the bathroom. Showering was our least favorite part of every day because the shower was so old. With a few simple updates, this could be a five-star property. The view is fantastic, and we saw turtles in the bay every day. There is a power pole next to the balcony but that didn't bother us. The rental comes with two beach chairs, an umbrella, and an ice chest. I didn't see this listed in the property details, so I made a reservation to rent these times. I was pleasantly surprised to find them provided.

This was a great stay. The photos are reliable and describe the view well. The small cove just to the west is full of fish and has relatively easy access into the water. Parking can be tight after dark on a weekend. A larger dining table would be an improvement. Very pleased overall.
The view off the balcony is beautiful. You are paying for the views with this condo. It is right next to a road which isn’t totally clear in the pictures. But the road isn’t that busy.
Overall the inside is usable but the furniture and bathroom could use some TLC. The bar for towels in the bathroom falls off the wall if you breathe on it. There was limited paper towel and toilet paper which is usually provided especially considering the nightly rate and fees. The owner provided lots of sheets for the pull out but no extra blankets. It would also be nice if there was a broom.
It was extremely relaxing, comfortable, as well as accessible to several beaches, the only little issue that occurred there wasn’t enough toilet paper, but that was remedied by going to the store, and purchasing that particular item, other than that everything was AAA five star rating..

Wake up to this amazing ocean view every morning! Watch the turtles swim along the rocks. Sit on the lawn and watch the sunset and the surfers on the other side of the building. Walk to the beach.This is our 4th stay in this building and it's because of this location. The condo was great, the management co was responsive. If you are expecting the Ritz Carlton(and Ritz prices),this is not it. It is a nice, comfortable, clean, condo with amazing views!
