Welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom premium ground floor villa overlooking the fourth hole of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed Waikoloa Lakes Golf Course. The Fairway Villas complex is a part of the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, located just 20 minutes north of the Kona International Airport, and is a central and ideal location from which to explore and enjoy the vast beauty and diversity of the Big Island. You'll enjoy the best weather on the island, and will be just minutes from the top beaches, as well as numerous cultural attractions, shops, entertainment, luaus, and a wide variety of restaurants.
The Waikoloa Fairway Villas is an exquisite gated complex tucked away on the private shores of King's Lake, that boasts gorgeous landscaping, a beautiful infinity pool, lava rock spa, fitness center, and central gas grilling area. The intriguing petroglyph trail is right outside the complex, and Kings' Shops and the Queens' Marketplace are a brief walk away, offering Starbucks, numerous restaurants and dining options, upscale shops, a weekly Farmer's Market, and entertainment. Anaeho’omalu Bay, also known as A-Bay, is a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from your front door and is great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. There are so many opportunities close by and there is something for everyone!
Our villa is located in the extremely quiet and private I building, and has perfect sunset views from the lanai. Located on the ground floor, the villa allows you to expand your outdoor living space to the grassy area beyond the lanai. This creates a very spacious and private feel to your villa. No stairs or waiting for an elevator!
Our villa sleeps four comfortably. The master suite features a king size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate oversized soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The guest room also has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player, and an adjacent full-size bathroom.
The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, cherry wood cabinets, and gorgeous granite countertops. All small appliances, pots and pans, dishware and cookware are included. The dining area is a delightful place for in-unit dining as an alternative to dinner on the lanai.
The living area is furnished in new upscale tropical décor and opens onto the lanai overlooking the golf course. Enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the lanai may become a highlight of your visit!
We have provided all the gear you'll need for a perfect day at the beach, including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and an umbrella.
Other villa amenities include: full size washer/dryer, hairdryers, bed and bath linens, iron and ironing board, air-conditioning, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, and Ring doorbell at entrance of condo.
To fully experience all the Big Island has to offer, we recommend a rental car.
There is a 5 night minimum stay. Please inquire about special rates for stays of 10 nights or more. This is a non-smoking and no-pet property. Enjoy the island and our home. Our on island concierge is on call for your convenience.

This was the cleanest and best organized vacation home we have ever experienced. The write-up made the property look like heaven. So we expected something less. To our surprise everything was accurate. Cleanliness - superb, instructions before arrival - clear as can be, same with checkout procedure. There was a very detailed 3-ring binder with all the information you might need. There were even beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Nothing was overlooked. My only recommendation for improvement is to make a note in the description of the property that a rental car would be very helpful for guests who cannot walk very well or far.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was clean and well equipped. The best part was the proximity to shopping centers and walking down to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and everything. My favorite area was the lanai where I enjoyed a cup of tea every morning of our stay.

Great property. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of linens and towels. Amazing sunsets from the Lanai. Unit is at end of compound, so less noise and traffic. Excellent supply of beach accessories. Great tech as far as wide screen TV and fast/ reliable WiFi. Great communications with owner and property manager. We highly recommend staying at this unit.

A wonderful 10 day trip to the Big Island. Condo and location absolutely perfect .instructions clear and we never need to contact manager. Owners sent a message to warn us of siren test which was very thoughtful. Recommend this rental to anyone wanting a great vacation

There were many small things that warrant their 5 star rating, but I have to mention the comfy bed in the master bedroom. It really was exceptionally comfortable- and my body is very picky. Normally, I need to purchase a topper to use when I check in places, but didn’t bring one this time around. I was a little worried, but once my body hit that mattress, I was ready for sleep. Thank you for you for that little detail that means so much!

We came in to race the 70.3 Ironman and the accommodations were everything we needed to have a successful and enjoyable trip. The property had everything we needed and the checkin and checkout process was easy. Convenient parking and close to plenty of shops and restaurants.
