Walking distance from this condo are the Harbor shops, an area filled with restaurants, shops, and the Ocean Center Aquarium. Ocean excursions are easy to catch from nearby Ma'alaea Harbor.

Lauloa 102 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor condo with a large lanai is well appointed and offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy in-house meals using the well-equipped kitchen. This home stays cool with split A/C in every room, ceiling fans and wonderful ocean breezes. After a day in the sun, enjoy the leather reclining electric couch and 70” large flat screen TV!

You will be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves on a comfortable King size bed in the master bedroom or a Queen size bed in the guest bedroom. All bedrooms feature TV's equipped with cable. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. The condo was beautiful. The ocean view was the best part. My son enjoyed having the pool right outside. The condo was clean, well stocked, and inviting. We loved the ac. Cheyenne knew we were checking in later in the evening, we walked into a well lit condo with nice Hawaiian music playing. The welcome gift was such a cute gesture. The My Perfect Stays staff was easy to contact and provided help with ALOHA. We hope to return again. Mahalo for sharing your home with us.

We had a great time. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars is we had a few issues that needed to be addressed when we arrived. However it just took 1 call and someone came right away to fix it. We loved having coffee in the morning outside enjoying the ocean so close.

The condo is adorable and opens onto a grassy area by the pool with the ocean just beyond it. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. There are even beach chairs to use. Quiet at night with the ocean waves as a lullaby. I'd rent this place again!

Nice quiet complex, stunning views and and well stocked. Walked out of the living room and was watching turtles with 30 seconds. Check in and departure were contactless and simple. Plenty of room for 4 Adults and 2 vehicles. Will return.

Our stay had some hiccups but the management company was very responsive and worked hard to resolve. The pool is right outside. Beautiful view. We saw whales every morning in the distance while enjoying coffee.

I was completely satisfied with the vacation that we had in this beachfront condo. The view was spectacular and we saw numerous humpback whales . The condo had all the comforts of home and MyPerfect Stays staff were in contact throughout our trip to let us know they were always available. The on-site Manager of the condo Ivan was excellent from the time we arrived until we left. Activities were available through Blue Hawaii and a very special thanks to Heather Hayes who saved our dinner cruise. I enjoyed our stay so much that we’re thinking of booking again only this time it’ll be 3 weeks

Great location. The air conditioning in the large bedroom is extremely noisy as well as the ceiling fan but very pleased with everything else
