This is a great condo. Prefect for two. Had everything we needed - including beach chairs, noodles, beach bag, and boogie boards. Love stating at the MKV - very relaxing, small scale resort within walking distance to lots!

We’ve stayed at this property in the past and love the friendly, relaxed vibe, handy restaurant, and the beautiful beach just steps away. This was our first stay in a ground-level unit near the pool though. It was great to be so close to everything, and the unit was fully stocked and very clean. The only downside to being right next to the pool is the constant parade of people passing by on the beach walk. Some people might want more privacy but for us the trade-off of being so close to the pool and beach was worth it.

This is our second time at this resort and this property was far better because of its excellent location and closeness to the pool, beach, and Castaway Cafe. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Check-in was perfect. Parking is easy. A short walk to the condo. This unit was impressive and spotless! The kitchen was fully stocked if I had wanted to prepare a meal I could have easily done it. The pictures don’t do the unit justice. It’s beautifully appointed and comfortable. The bed is delightfully comfortable. You can open the doors and little window and the trade winds blow in like silk!!! Everything about unit 189 is dreamy! There is EVERY amenity you could hope to have away from home. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled. It’s ten steps from the pool and a very nice restaurant and bar. The restaurant on the premises is very nice. This unit was about 75 steps from a majestic swimming beach!!! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will return to MKV unit 189 again very soon. It was everything we could have dreamed of having. Thank you for the restful time.

This trip never disappoints! Love our unit as it is a little home away from home. Fully stocked for cooking, a minute walk from the ocean, beautiful walking paths -and a restaurant on the property!

Unit was as advertised with upgraded appliances. We typically avoid studio units, but these units are large with plenty of space. Unit had everything we needed. Location to pool, restaurant and beach was great. The hot water failed, but was fixed quickly.

We have been coming to this resort (and this property in particular) for almost 20 years and we have never been disappointed. The Owner upgrades the property frequently and it feels like a friend’s guest house instead of an impersonal condominium. The location is absolutely ideal (close to the pool, the beach, and the ocean) and the resort has a “family vibe” instead of a business vibe.
