The location was good. I would say really look at the pictures on line. We had no place to eat our meals. The two bar stools they had one was broken. For the charge of cleaning it should have been cleaner.

We spent a lot of time on the balconies. The trees blocked the view some but it was still beautiful.The length of time of the construction was a little deceiving. Because of the holidays we couldn’t get to the other side of the property where the turtle beach was because the construction company had it blocked off. We couldn’t get anybody to open up the gate on the north which gave us the only access to the turtle beach. That little beach was one of the selling points.We had problems with flooding of the living room air-conditioning three times. It might be something you really need to look into. The only suggestions I would have is bath mats and better outdoor chairs for the beach. One side of the bed didn’t go up and down, and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the fan.The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us.
We had a great time here! It’s the perfect vicinity to nice beaches and restaurants while also being away from the bustle. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and lanai access.
Overall I liked the property. There were a few issues with cleanliness ( stain on towel/ sheet/ strange smell in some rooms) but overall space was great for a family of 5. Other than minor issues, it was extremely windy part of the island. May be it was just that time of visiting?

The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. We had beach chairs we could use as well as beach towels, ice packs and a cooler! The swimming pool on the property was clean and very well maintained with BBQ grills available for use. The condo had a great view of the pool and the ocean, and it was awesome to have breakfast on the patio and whale watch. Overall it was a very positive experience, with a nice public beach as well as the Aquarium, and a terrific restaurant and shopping all within easy walking distance. The evenings were quiet and we never really heard any noise from the neighbors. Would definitely consider staying here again.
The view of the ocean with the swaying palm trees was breathtaking. The condo was very clean. We like the location ; the less congested area. The Seascape and Point Break are excellent restaurants in the area.
The property was clean and right next to the water. The AC was a lifesaver and only a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. Great experience, would stay again.

My only complaint would be that there wasn’t a knife bigger than a steak knife so cutting my pineapple was more challenging than it should have been.
I would also suggest to the company to replace the “cutting boards” and sautee pans as they were on their last legs probably years ago.

This condo is in a central location on Maui. Most destinations can be reached within a short distance. Access to miles of barely populated beaches just steps away. A perfect place for those who wish to avoid crowds and overpopulated resorts. This condo provides spacious comfort with two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The a/c works great but isn't needed with all windows open. This top floor corner unit has a lanai in the living room and another in the front bedroom that provide views of the property and the ocean. Comfortable beds as well. The only thing this condo lacks is living room furniture. A flattened futon and a worn out, very old filth-stained couch are the only things to sit on. Not a comfortable space to relax in. We covered the couch with beach towels. This is the only reason we wouldn't refer this property to a friend. Surely the high price on this condo allows for a simple furniture upgrade.

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and had our parents join us on the second week. We all had a great time.

This two bedroom condo worked well for husband and me and his mom. Be aware that the bathroom is not attached to the master bedroom however; we used command hooks to hang a shower curtain across the doorway. Could have used a laundry basket and a few other little items in the kitchen but overall well equipped. Beds were super comfy! (Same as we have at home). Master bedroom bed is adjustable so nice to raise up for reading.
Lovely location centrally located to all things on Maui.
Pool was heated but not overly so; it was refreshing.
Loved the condo and the location …quiet area !!! Condo was great, view was amazing !! King bed was super comfortable!! So nice to have a washer and dryer

Description very accurateProperty clean and well maintained. A few things need touchup - bathroom door handle fell off, patio door lock hard to useCBIP folks on the phone, text and folks who delivered items to the unit were all very friendly and helpful. They even came by with a package on July 4th
The property was full of friendly people who were very helpful and respectful. The beach was not crowded at all and you could walk on the beach all the way to Kihea!

Was beautiful decorated condo. Refreshing with a great view high up. Condo had all the necessities especially beach towels and chairs. Location is great a short walk to the beach , shops and restaurant. We especially enjoy the 5 mile sandy beach walk every morning. Only down fall was the wind. Was very windy most of the time and we like to have windows open so there was quite a wind tunnel. So if you done want fresh air and wind noise close the windows and turn on the air conditioner!

Overall, I was the location was great for shopping and activities to both sides of island. However, the unit lacked garment storage and lighter weight blanket in guest bedroom. Maintenance was called to secure blinds to close and create a quieter environment with louvered windows for sleep. Maintenance needed to reattach pneumatic closer on storm door. Living room furniture could be updated or covered and throw rug should be discarded as it is dirty and worn out.
