Spacious and well-furnished condo on the 1st floor. My wife and I enjoyed our time there and it was what we were looking for in a vacation residence. One important goal in picking the unit was to have a lanai that gave a great view, but didn't hit us directly with the afternoon sun. That worked out perfectly. This is a great place to stay in Princeville.
This condo is gorgeous. Newly remodeled, the furniture is beautiful AND comfortable. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it is very well stocked. The location is perfect, in the heart of Princeville and with stunning walks just steps from the front door. The sunrise is exquisite each morning and the sunset is also just steps from the front door. Jeff was a very responsive host. Great vacation spot!
Two bedroom ground level condo with AC for the entire unit. Very nice location with distant ocean views on the golf course. The unit has been updated and renovated with nice furnishings. My only comment would be that the housekeeper could do a better job with cleaning and organizing the unit but this may not be an issue for many.
Condo was as advertised in pictures. Lush and beautiful area.
This property, this PROPERTY! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures portray and the spaces are very well appointed and lovely. The owner has gone to great lengths to create a relaxing and luxurious condo with views that will blow your mind every single day. On top of that there’s an albatross nesting area not far from the lanai and we fell in love with them so amazing! We will definitely be returning to Jeff’s home, and we did not want to leave! Our entire experience from beginning to end was perfection and Kauai is the most beautiful place my family has ever encountered! You’ll be beyond thrilled to stay in this beautiful property!

Communication with owner was stellar. Easy checking and check out process. The unit was exactly as described. Very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pretty view of the golf course and ocean.
By far, this has been our favorite condo that we've rented in Princeville. The location was perfect and our views were outstanding. The unit had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries and even double-checked with us the morning of our trip to make sure we had all the information we needed. I highly recommend this rental.
One week stay in Princeville. Property is outstanding! Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and has everything you could need. Beds very comfy and patio lanai with gorgeous views! We are so happy that we chose Jeff’s condo for our honeymoon. We loved the North Shore and this condo was just a short drive to beautiful beaches and Hanalei. We loved drinking our coffee on the lanai every morning. The property was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking to the edge of the property to view the sunset. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed to cook with all supplies to enjoy a day on the beach. Jeff was a wonderful host, always available for questions and suggestions. We are already planning to return as we fell in love with the North Shore and Kaua’i. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great 2bdr on the golf course with ocean views. Perfect for a family of 4. Clean, modern, and well cared for. Enjoyed the mornings on the lanai watching the sunrise and the Nenes. Walking distance to Hideaways Pizza and the Puu Poa Beach. Would definitely book it again.
We enjoyed this beautiful condo and setting very much. It has everything you need and you can tell that much care and thought has been put into the touches of this home. we enjoyed leisurely mornings sipping coffee on the patio and evenings out by the bluff watching the sunset. We would love to stay again someday.
We booked this condo as overflow for our 14 person family vacation and it was perfect!! Even though we didn’t cook there, the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the decor and the golf course and ocean views were much closer than they look on line. I hope to stay there again.
Jeffrey was great! He returned my call (and drove 5 miles out of his way to get cell phone service) to respond to a couple questions we had. He also gave us some great tips on where to go and what to do.
My only suggestion would be to put safety bars in the beautiful walk in shower for us seniors!

We had the most enjoyable vacation in Kauai, in large part due to the lovely accommodations. In fact, the best in the 26 years that we have been traveling to all the islands.
First, actual condo/home/hotel rooms are never as great as the photos make them out to be. In this case, what you see is exactly what you get. The condo was spacious and the decor was both comfortable and stylish. This is clearly not your average vacation rental. You can see the care and pride of the owners from the comfortable and roomy sofa, the well stocked spice pantry, top of the line appliances and utensils, to toiletries and detergents. The furniture in every room was lovely - everything you would hope for in a vacation getaway.
This was our first time staying on the northern end of Kauai. Princeville is lovely, and the perfect base for the days we spent exploring Hanalei Bay and nearby beaches. As experienced island travelers, we always bring our own beach towels, cooler and sun shelter even if the listing indicates that they are provided, as we've had many surprises with broken beach umbrellas and coolers and flimsy towels. Jeff called me prior to our arrival and reminded me that these were all provided. I honestly can't think of a thing more that I wished they had provided.
The lower level location close to the edge of the golf course provided great views from the lanai and living room.
I could go on but I'm out of characters. You won't regret staying here!

Beautiful condo in a wonderful setting with stellar views. Very tastefully decorated, just as photos show. Most well equipped kitchen we've found in any rental. Will highly recommend to any of our friends visiting Kauai.

We had the pleasure of staying 37 days at Jeff's Emmalani condo in Princeville. It surpassed our expectations. A bright and beautifully remodeled condo overlooking hole #8 of the Makai golf course. A short walk to the shore to see the waves crashing against the cliffs and also to view the gorgeous sunsets behind Bali Hai in Hanalei. We were able to walk to Pu'u Poa Beach next to 1 Hotel and also Hideaway Beach. You can actually walk all the way past Pu'u Poa beach and end up on Hanalei Bay if you wade through the little river there. We walked everywhere in Princeville from this condo including some great restaurants. Jeff was very easy to work with and his lovely condo accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did enjoy making many meals there. We liked using the hot tub and pool there as well. We will miss hearing the waves crashing and mostly all of the nesting and courting Albatross directly in front of the condo. They were so entertaining to watch!
Property was great. Clean, comfortable, stocked with the essentials and in a beautiful location on the 8th hole of Makai Golf Course. It was perfect for the 4 of us and a great base for exploring all of the island.
