This lovely Hawaiian vacation rental home with ocean views is located on the International Colony Club in Maui. The complex includes ten acres of tropical landscaped grounds which gives the visitor a taste of old Hawaii.
This home features a full kitchen with microwave, range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Easily cook your own meals, as there is also a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and complete set of dinnerware, glasses, with cooking pots and utensils. The spacious lanai provides a view of the water and is great for enjoying your favorite drink at sunset. Also includes a propane BBQ for your grilling needs. There are two bedrooms which sleep four adults.
The home’s proximity to North Ka’anapali Beach allows you to stroll down to the beach and to access all the activities is affords. Just below you is the Royal Ka’anapali Golf Course featuring rolling fairways. You are just a short drive away from the world renowned Ka’anapali resort area with world-class shops and restaurants.

We stayed here for a week with our two kids and everything was perfect. We really appreciated all of the beach equipment that was available, from beach chairs to snorkels we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic with many amazing beaches within walking distance or a short drive away. We wish we could have stayed longer!!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. The cottage had beautiful views of the sunsets and ocean from the lanai. Plenty of space for our family and across the street from our favorite beach. We had no problem walking or driving to the beach. Cottage has some chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler to make it a complete beach day. Would definitely recommend!

A friend and I stayed here for a wedding across the highway in the resort area. This was a great location and the property was fantastic. It worked for us and would be absolutely perfect for a family as well. Quiet pools and generally a quieter place to stay.

Really enjoyed having a villa of our own with so much privacy and lushness. The lanai was amazing with lovely views (it’s where we spent most of our time). The layout was comfortable though the beds were small for two couples in their 50’s. It would be very helpful to have a wagon to bring groceries and belongings up to the villa as it required a few trips up from the parking lot.
The beach across the street was amazing and we enjoyed many a sunset. We would definitely rent again if the beds were bigger. It was helpful to have a washer/dryer, some water gear to use. We also enjoyed the visiting resident kitty. Remember to keep the key in the lock box ☺️

Place was very serene with view of ocean. Community was private and peaceful. Bathrooms were probably one of my favorite parts of the property, updated and clean. The porch that gave great view of ocean was also my favorite. This area provided a place to drink morning coffee, meals at the table, and relaxing under hanging lights after a fun filled day. There were items provided for the chance travelers forgot something, which is nice with luggage weight restrictions.
Only thing that was confusing was whether or not the property had air conditioning. We did not see a thermostat anywhere even though check-in materials mentioned to guests to be mindful of keeping temp adequate. We did not reach out about this issue as we did not feel it to be prudent during our time there. We spent a lot of time outside and sight seeing. We kept windows/screens open and fans on which provided nice airflow.
