Noelani 207 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a California King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The open-concept main living area includes Hawaiian-theme furniture with tropical beach decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Stay cool with ceiling fans and a split A/C unit throughout the entire condo. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. You can access this unit without needing to use any stairs.

The comfortable bedroom includes a California King-size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a shower/tub combo and granite vanity space. The oceanfront lanai includes a dining table for 4. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The updated kitchen features full-size, stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

I had a fabulous time at the Noelani. I got connected through a family friend with his condo and the place was absolutely beautiful. You're placed at the blue waterfront of Maui with the beach less than a minute away. The condo came with two tv's, a pullout couch, and a bed. I couldn't have asked for more.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great views, nice amenities, and loved all the turtles! The only issue would be that the mattress needs to be replaced. It actually sags in the center. Mahalo.

OMG overall great property. From start to finish good service and great communication. Loved the view and all the amenities. This was a last minute trip to Maui and immediately we were sent information about the property our code and even received a call to make sure we were on the correct flight. This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from beach chairs to a wine opener. We will definitely be back. No "AC" but they had a portable one in the bedroom and fans in the living room, it was more than enough. Bed and furniture just need to be updated. Furniture felt like it was really fragile. Headboard was loose and mattress felt like a hammock. We didn't spend to much time in the room anyway.

Wonderful condo, wonderful view! Watching the turtles in the bay every morning from our lanai was the best! We loved hearing the ocean waves to fall asleep to as well! We'll be back here for sure!! Wonderful friendly staff as well!
