You'll LOVE waking up to the beautiful and calming view of the ocean. After a long day of exploring Oahu, come back and relax on the spacious lanai while enjoying an afternoon beer or evening meal while watching the unforgettable Hawaiian sunset. The Ilikai Hotel is well known as being the backdrop for the original Hawaii 5-0 television show. There are coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor. Security is on property 24/7. Good property with amazing views. We had amazing time staying at this property. Walking distance to Ala Moana park mall and Waikiki beach. Lots of good places to eat and breakfast in cinnamon is great. Had couple of live performances throughout the week of our stay. I recommend doing the valet parking at the property to avoid all the hassle. Room requires new sofas as the one they have had lots of stains on it. We covered it with the extra sheets that were provided. Overall we had a best time.

The good: Clean Well equipped Good views of marina and ocean Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants Check-in and communication were exemplary Not as good: Air conditioner is noisy and blows right on bed Decor is a bit dated Bad: The sofa and chair are disgusting, need replacement or slip covers.

Good for the price. Great view of ocean and sunsets. Comfy bed and pillows. This unit 1302 Alikai had no hot water pressure in kitchen to wash dishes, which was my biggest complaint. A/C is loud - I wore earplugs when I slept. Unit and building are getting dated, but for the price it worked great.
