Great condo in a beautiful complex.
Serene, tranquil and stunning views of the verdant tropical forest and mountain backdrop. Both of my parents were born and raised in Kaua’i and yet, I’m still in awe of the majesty of the mountains! The condo was extremely clean, well stocked, and all the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We walked daily around the beautifully landscaped grounds and golf course. I love supporting single owner vacation homes versus a large conglomerate or corporation that is impersonal and where you’re considered just a number. The owner Matt was very friendly, gracious, attentive and responsive to all of our needs. You will love your stay here!!!

Super nice little unit. Furniture and flooring aretop notch. Kitchen well appointed. Clean with nothing really for condiments/ oils/ coffee or tea - so bring everything but salt and pepper. Fold out couch is perfect for Keiki. 3 TVs meet the kids wants.
This place is beautiful. We had two adults and two kids and it was perfect. It has two king beds with separate bathrooms and another queen pull-out couch. There is no AC, but with the wind and the fans it is very comfortable sleeping. The only issue with sleeping is you better bring some earplugs because the roosters will get going at 4 am. One really great perk is you can walk from the condo to a trail down to Turtle Cave. The trail is steep and sketchy, but the reward is incredible snorkeling and the chance to see turtles chilling in this huge cave. Go early before the wind and on a low tide. Also, the condo had great beach chairs, masks, fins, corn hole,..pretty much anything you need for a fun day in Hanalei. Another nice perk was the pool with multiple bar-b-que grills for anyone to use. Princeville isn't some quant little town in the country, but with the Turtle Cave, the view, the proximity to Hanalei, hiking in Napali Coast, and access to groceries and restaurants, you can't go wrong renting here with a family or even a couple.
This is the second condo we've rented in Princeville. I really loved the location of this condo! It's situated ideally for the breeze coming from either the mountains or the ocean that runs right through the home, and since there isn't any A/C this makes the home very comfortable. The peekaboo view of the ocean is nice, but the view of the mountains are absolutely beautiful! Amazing. The condo complex was very quiet, which was great since we had a couple early morning excursions. The beds were comfortable and the dining table big for playing games at night. We took the bikes out, and used the smash ball game a couple times at the beach. We had a great stay at your condo! We would rent again from you for sure! Thank you
We didn’t want to drive an hour in the early morning from the Westside of Kauai to participate in the annual Haena to Hanalei Race, so we turned it into a staycation — and we’re so glad we did!The condo was in a fantastic location. The dining room offered beautiful mountain views of the Mamalahoa/Halelea Forest Reserve, and it was just a short walk to the bluff for hikes and morning strolls with breathtaking ocean vistas. It looked recently remodeled, with clean, modern aesthetics that gave the place a fresh feel.The living room was cozy and inviting, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The two bedrooms each had a comfortable king-size bed and their own en suite bathroom, which was a big plus for us.All in all, this place made our North Shore getaway extra special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We love staying at the Alii Kai property in Princeville and this unit did not disappoint. The view of the picturesque mountains out the dining room window was breathtaking with the lush privacy and cool breeze out the living room sliding glass door. Owners of the unit have done an exceptional job of updating the unit to be both inviting and comfortable. We would highly recommend this unit and look forward to a return trip! Well done.
The property is as advertised and was very clean. My family enjoyed the location with amazing views of the mountains, the ocean, and the cliffs. The property was spacious and I can’t wait to return again soon!

This Princeville unit was roomy and comfortable. It was clean and tidy and had well stocked kitchen ware and equipment cupboards. Our only problem was that we could hear every footstep and chair scrape from the unit above us, along with their voices if they spoke loudly. Luckily they left after a couple of days. Also, we didn’t realise there were two pools, and ended up getting locked in the wrong one!
Wow! From the first moment this property exceeded our expectations. First off, the setting is incredible. We all agreed that the view from the dining room table was one of the most beautiful we'd ever seen. And Princeville is a gorgeous home base for exploring the north shore of Kauai. The kids loved the two pools and hot tub. Located in a great neighborhood for jogging and there's even a playground close by. Easy access to Hanalei Bay. Minor issue, but the kitchen could be stocked with a few more spices, but otherwise it was perfect for meals at home. Would definitely stay again!
Very comfortable and stylish with lots of room to spread out, this is a perfect vacation condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was easy to get to the grocery. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer. Other reviews mention noise and yes you can hear other units, but I think that's part of being in a place where everything is open air. It didn't bother us. It felt peaceful without being isolated. And at a great price.
