This condo is very well maintained. We slept heavenly on the perfect mattress. Condo has all you are looking for in a vacation rental and everything in very good condition and quality. Very easy communication with manager. Everything as expected and described. Check In and Out very easy as you like to find it when you are on vacation. We will most likely come back.

We truly loved our stay at this well appointed property in an exquisite location. The views of the mountains and the ocean from the balcony are exactly what you hope for when staying in Princeville. Easy access to Hanalei and we had everything we needed in the condo. We definitely plan to come back!

I've stayed at Ali'i Kai before in a different unit so I already knew the wonderful location. This unit did not disappoint. Gorgeous mountain views from the bedroom and ocean view from the dining table and kitchen. Great being so close to the hike down to Turtle Cove too. Unit has A/C but it's a split unit in the living room so you'll need to run the fans to get the air to the bedrooms but it was fine. You get a nice cross breeze too if you just open the windows. Unit was equipped with everything you'll need. I'd definitely stay there again.

This condo was a very beautiful, open, and clean unit. If you plan on going to the beach and being able to cook a breakfast or dinner it’s a perfect stay. The location is quiet and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there really was a bit of everything you could possibly need in a stay. We loved the view of the beautiful mountains and waterfalls. The sky was full of stars at night. Every morning we could see and hear a variety of birds, which made for a very tropical stay. Krisha was very accommodating , and provided a lot of information on tourist sites, beaches, and restaurants. She was also very easy to reach. The check - in and check - out process was easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have recently returned from a two week stay at this unit and really enjoyed it. It has very good mountain views from the lanai and just enough ocean view to keep an eye on conditions. The location is very quiet and private. The condo was very well stocked with most of the items needed for making meals. It was very clean and communication was excellent. Keisha was above and beyond helpful while we were there.
