Welcome to our beautifully decorated ocean front condo in paradise - Kona Reef D-24.

Our condo is our home away from home, so we respectfully request a maximum of 2 adult guests and no children under 18.

Whether this is your first trip to Kailua-Kona or you are a frequent visitor to the island, our condo at Kona Reef Resort will definitely be your favorite place to stay.

Our condo is only 23 feet from the water and the 3rd floor views from the lanai are absolutely mesmerizing. You will find yourself drawn to the views from the lanai from dawn till dusk, and with the sounds of the surf, warm tropical breezes and the views of the ocean, you will soon find a soothing sense of calm begin to take over.

Our private lanai hosts a bar height table and chairs, plus a super comfy lounge and a side table. Most mornings while sitting on the lanai and drinking a steamy mug of incredible Kona coffee, a few of the local surfers will be out in front of the condo catching the morning waves, and by the time the sun comes over the volcano, more often than not a pod of spinner dolphins will pass through on their early morning trek.

Early on Wednesdays and Saturdays mornings, cruise ships will pass directly in front of the condo and dock in Kailua- Kona for the day and then sail off to Lahaina, Maui as the sun begins to set. The humpback whales (na kohola) visit Hawaii every year from November until early May and some have even been spotted from the lanai.

Once your day begins to wind down, you will find yourself anxiously waiting for the stunning sunsets that Hawaii is famous for.

This is a great place to stay. The view from the lanai is fantastic. We cooked relatively simple dinners all 10 nights that we stayed and the kitchen had all of the plates, pans and other gadgets that we needed. We used the common BBQ grill several nights and even though the grills don’t get has hot as we like, they were usable. The pool, hot tub and grilling area is very nice. We used this area a lot but in the evening only. It was never too crowded at this time. The location is very convenient. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping but not right in the heart of the busy traffic so easy to get on the roads out of town. The condo is described accurately in the listing. No unwanted surprises. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo we stared in was so beautifully decorated and filled with all the little things you might need. The owners though of everything from the fluffiest towels and softest bed linens, to every kitchen tool you might ever want. The pool area was lovely and clean, and everyone was so welcoming. Truly wish we had booked much more time here. Thank you so much and I hope we will be back soon!!

Views!!! Convenient parking. Centrally located on Hawaii. Lovely decor, fully renovated, comfortable bedding. Well supplied. Highly recommend.
