Marriott Waiohai is a beautiful oceanfront resort. Guest understands that villa placement within the resort is at the sole discretion of the Marriott. While Concierge Realty will provide a confirmation specifically noting a certain view category as agreed upon in the contract, Marriott reserves the right to assign any villa of the same size anywhere within the resort as a result of mechanical failure, etc. Guest understands that the Marriott view designation does not imply or guarantee a specific vista, i.e.; guest will see the ocean, but instead only differentiates between locations within the resort.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

We loved our visit to Kauai! This rental is as described. Very clean!! Beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer in the condo were so convenient! Appreciated the beach towels that were furnished. There are multiple pools but with that said not enough chairs around the pools…so if you plan to spend the day at the pool ,one might want to get there early to claim your chair for the day. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Would highly recommend!!

One of the best spaces for a family with older members. Everyone had their own space. The villa would have been perfect if the master bedroom was separated from the bathroom with an easily added wall remodel. One step further, get rid of the tub and add a bigger shower.
Overall, it was one of the nicer and biggest resort rooms that I have ever stayed at.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was great-LOVED that it had a king bed in each bedroom and appreciated the Queen pull out bed in one of the bedrooms which made it convenient for our son instead of having him sleep on the living room couch sofa bed.
The unit was furnished nicely and had a fully equipped kitchen and stackable laundry, as well as a lovely balcony with views of both the ocean and the mountains.
The location was ideal for pool and beach access. It was also possible to walk to the nearby shopping plaza with restaurants and stores.
