The overall villa was very clean. The check in process was not great. Check in was at 4 pm and we didn’t get our room keys till 7:30 because they were not ready. The view was not really an island view it was overlooking the parking lot.

We have stayed next at Westin Nanea before in same sized 2BR/2B condo. Updates, well equipped & clean! Great balcony view with outside seating. Property is beautiful, easy access to beach. Only issue was resort was 100% open for bookings and NOT 100% staffed - nor 100% for seating (not hardly enough chairs @ pool or beach)! Restaurants all closed except for pool side cafe and that only had 2 guys behind the bar. No one staying at a resort this nice enjoys waiting in line for a cocktail or kid drink for 30+ minutes! Let’s hope the staffing, available seating and dining better match occupancy VERY soon!!
