Breathtaking views of the ocean, coastline, lush green hills, and palms! With a picturesque ocean view, our top floor condo offers privacy, cooling trade winds and panoramic ocean vistas which a camera can't begin to capture. We could see sail boats on the ocean and whales’ out in the distance. Crashing waves, migrating whales and sunrise/sunset views are what you will see as you relax on the lanai or in the living space. Our unit is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath with over 1100 sq. ft. of living space. Master bedroom has king size bed, fully private en suite bathroom, and Air Conditioning. The ultra-luxurious, Cal king size bed, a top-of-the-line resort style mattress, is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. We use high thread count sheets. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and it can be converted to a king size upon request, and Air Conditioning. Ocean breezes cool you naturally as they are pulled through the living room sliding glass doors. The unit is designed to maximize privacy with the living and dining space on the first level and bedrooms on the second level. For your comfort, beach chairs, soft beach towels, and more are included for your days at the beach. This designer’s living room furniture is very comfortable perfect for laying back to watch the waves, listen to CDs, or watch cable TV. This brand-new Hawaiian dining room table with comfy chairs is your exclusive seat to spot playful spinner dolphins. On our large lanai are four chairs and 2 tables; you will be so comfortable; you may not want to leave. Seeing a rainbow, or the moon shimmering over the water will create lifetime memories. Recently upgraded well-equipped gourmet kitchen includes high quality new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. There is high speed wireless internet to keep you connected, master bedroom and the living room has its own TV with cable service. Beach chairs, soft beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, aqua shoes, snorkeling sets, and more are included for your days at the beach. Be sure to ask about all the beach amenities we provide. A full-size washer and dryer are also in the unit. Because we know you are probably tired and hungry after your long journey, we give you an 'Aloha Basket' with snacks and coffee, so that you can immediately begin to relax. The view of the ocean, the pool and property from the lanai are absolutely gorgeous. Property is fully stocked with soaps, detergents, paper goods, beach supplies, utensils, dishes, cookware, coffee, filters, spices, etc... Note that from the parking lot, to get into the condo, there are two sets of stairs (one down and then a second up - in case you have mobility issues). Close parking was always easy to find. Centrally located to restaurants and beaches. The complex was relatively quiet during our stay. Pool and hot tub were a nice size and never very busy. Grounds are very well kept. We appreciated the unit being located at the end of the building, so nobody ever walked by the screened door that we kept open for airflow on the main level. Air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms were greatly appreciated. Without them, it would have been pretty warm upstairs. Communications from the owner were timely and informative. We did not have any problems or need to contact anyone during our visit. Our family of four was greeted with a very nice welcome basket of items and note upon arrival. The views were outstanding from everywhere in the unit. Nice modern updates with all the amenities & accessories needed for vacation. Good easy access to beaches, restaurants & shopping. Nice quiet area. I would highly recommend & would stay again.

Great location and property. Be advised you can use the shower but not bathtub. Owners provide lots of beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards, which was really nice.

This was our first trip to Hawaii so we didn’t know what to expect. We opened the front door of this property and saw straight through to the magnificent ocean view from the lanai. We sat looking at that view every sunrise and every sunset. The location in Poi’pu is perfect, close to great restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and well organized when we arrived. We really appreciated the binder of information about restaurants, grocery shopping, farmers markets and other helpful stuff. Evelyn was very helpful and super responsive. We can’t wait to be back in Kaua’i! 🌴🌺🌞🍍

Great Stay, would stay here again. The unit was very clean and comfortable, and Evelyn was very responsive to any questions we had. Excellent location between several great beaches.
I made the mistake of assuming "Air Conditioning" meant Central A/C as I am used to. I was disappointed it was only portable air conditioner units with window vents in the upstairs bedrooms, which are loud to sleep with, but that's on me for not clarifying further. There was no A/C in the downstairs living area, just a fan, so when you came home from a day out it was very warm downstairs and opening the patio and front doors never really cooled it down.
The upstairs carpet and baths could use a refresh, but was otherwise comfortable as long as the a/c unit was on.
None of these are dealbreakers--we'd stay here again.

Evelyn was very communicative from months to days before the reservation. The property was well maintained, and all important things to know for check in/check out and settling in were written out in detail. Will look up this property again if I get another chance to visit Kauai.
