This home was just as described- clean, well-appointed, spacious, and in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. We especially appreciated the owner's excellent communication and all the signage/instructions within the house. The entire experience was easy and friendly. Highly recommend!

beautiful front and back yards, beautiful view from balcony, beautiful fruit trees. rooms were good size, comfortable. all amenities included. kitchen and living room had a dusty smell and we couldn't get rid of, but minor problem. overall, good experience.
We enjoyed all the welcoming spaces in David’s home. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The location was ideal for us. The unique indoor/outdoor layout of the home is memorable. We just had to take care to keep very quiet outdoors in the evening or close up all windows and use A/C in the living room to keep absolute peace and quiet for close neighbors. That was fine for us.

Everything was perfect! David and Christy were great hosts and were excellent at communicating and helping with everything we needed. They even went so far as to help find an electrical cord we had left at the property. Will definitely look their property up first next time we are back in the area!

a great location if you’re looking for a place close to town!
We stayed on this property for 10 days over Christmas and it was great! There were 13 people, 7 children, and there was plenty of room for all. We really liked the separate spaces, it was almost like 4 individual hotel rooms with one common gathering place. We were minutes from the beach, shopping, and the grocery all in a quiet neighborhood. David was easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly.
