The villa is just 3-5 minutes from the Four Seasons Hotel and resort center by golf cart. Paradise awaits! Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the villa assure your maximum comfort day and night. The dining table seats six and the sizable living room offers plentiful seating, a flat screen TV.
An open floor plan and high ceilings invite easy conversation and a tropical cross breeze to cool down your days. Savor an evening barbecuing or delight in pre-dinner drinks on the lanai as you look across the 1st and 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus signature Hualalai Golf Course to the ocean.

The primary bedroom boasts ocean views, KING bed, flat screen TV, private lanai, roomy walk-in closet and an ensuite full bathroom with walk in shower and also has a decadent oversized soaking tub. The walk-in closet also has a crib for use by guests.
The second bedroom which we are calling the WAVE BEDROOM, features a KING BED, a full ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and ample closet space.

The third bedroom which we are calling the PALM BEDROOM features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and closet space.

Guests of the resort have the option to purchase access to its numerous amenities. Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are paid directly to the resort and include:

The unit is just as advertised. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views and setting are lovely and the location convenient to the 4 seasons hotel. Food at restaurants memorably good. Our property manager, Dianna, was always available, incredibly helpful, and eased our stay. Strong recommendation from us. Excellent value based on setting, size, and conveniences.

The condo was as advertised and more. Didn’t care much for the master bedroom pillows ,but other than that, very nicely appointed. Two carts, yea!

This is our second one-week stay at Fairway Villa 104A, and hopefully not our last. The location is fantastic, and with 2 4-seater golf carts it’s easy to access the entire Hualalai property. The 3-bed, 3 1/2 bath layout is perfect for our family of 4. The Villa is very clean and has a great Bosch washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining and living area (essentially one big room) looks out to a lanai with a gas grill overlooking the 15th tee box and down the 15th Fairway. It’s a 3-minute (max) cart ride to the canoe club (excellent snorkeling and other water activities) and about 3 1/2 minutes to the Hualalai fitness center and market. Thanks for yet another great visit to the Big Island!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this Hualalai Villa. Everything was high quality and all the services were excellent. A first-rate property on the grounds of a world-class resort. We will return next year!

The condo is amazing, much better than the photos. We had the most relaxing vacation at the condo and at FS Hualalai, which is well worth the resort access fee. We'll be back!

Property is well-maintained and vey clean. Amenities, location, layout all great. We enjoyed it all; the golf at Hualalai, the beach club, the pool, the beach & the walking path along the ocean. Restaurants are all excellent. I would highly recommend this property!
