Welcome to Keauhou Lani, an exquisite private residence located in the desirable gated community of Keauhou Estates.
5 bathrooms, 4,750 sq. ft. home plus, 1,700 sq. ft. The Country Club's “Mountain" golf course is situated just below our pool, but not to worry, the course has been closed for years and expect lots of privacy and peace & quiet. The house is positioned at an ideal 400 ft. elevation for sunshine and comfortable trade winds.
Amenities include the splendid pool & spa, custom furnishings, beautifully crafted wooden ceiling enclaves and a lower level private primary bedroom, where you may be tempted to hideaway and soak in the tub at the end of your day. The gourmet indoor kitchen is a Chef's dream with granite countertops, cherry cabinets and all the tools you need to make a simple meal or an epicurean delight. LUVA Concierge can secure a private Chef for you and your guests.
The lanai features ample covered dining space for eight people and outdoor seating areas for cocktails and conversation for up to 12.
The amazing primary suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, tub. Located on the lower level floor. This primary suite is completely private from the rest of the home with it's own lanai. The second, third and fourth bedrooms are located on the third floor. Bedroom #2 features a king size bed and has its own private bathroom while bedrooms #3 and #4 each contains a queen size bed and share a bathroom. From the top floor, there is a separate entrance with access to the pool and lanai areas, as well as the driveway, making for convenient luggage transfer.

Kona is also known for it's famous deep-sea fishing which, annually hosts the International Billfish Tournament in August. 100% Kona coffee is exclusively grown in north and south Kona, take a tour, it's very interesting. Enjoy daily activities such as snorkeling, diving, paddling, watching spinner dolphins and Hawaiian sea turtles casually swimming by the beach, or watch the boats go by while enjoying a meal or a cocktail on Alii drive.
Keauhou Bay is located at the end of Kamehameha III Road, southern Kailua-Kona, named as the site of the birthplace of King Kamehameha III.
Known for perfect water for swimming, canoeing, kayaking and snorkeling, manta sightings and ocean adventures.

This is by far the most amazing property we have stayed at anywhere around the world, and we work for the airline industry and stay in many places around the world. This is literally a 10 out of 10 in every way, shape, and form. Words really don’t do it justice. Just WOW! We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful! If you’re deciding between this property or another option, pick this property! While the house is amazing, we spent most of our time in the pool or on the patio. Amazing views with no other houses right in front of you. Would love to stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 7. It is even more beautiful in person. Everyone had their own space when needed. The house is ideal for large families. We spent most of our time on the large lanai and pool area. There was rarely a time that we weren’t out enjoying the pool and the views.
The home is stocked with games, pool activities and household necessities.
The management company could not have been more responsive and thorough.
It was a great experience in a beautiful home.

The house, lanai and pool were wonderful. The choice was do we go and do something (Beach, volcano,snorkel, sightsee) or do we just stay and enjoy the lanai, pool and the most marvelous ocean view on the Kona coast? The choice was frequently the house. WE WILL BE BACK!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. From the breathtaking ocean views to the stunning, roomy and well equipped home, this rental was everything our family of 7 had hoped for. The lanai and pool made just hanging out “at home” a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

My family was ecstatic with our stay in this beautiful home. It was more than we imagined and could have spent our entire vacation just hanging out at the home. It was very spacious and clean, and provided ample room for my husband and I and our (4) kids (young adults and teens). We enjoyed beautiful sunsets sitting on the lanai and while swimming in the pool in the evening, which was amazing. The entire lower floor of the house is a huge primary suite which includes a dressing room and a laundry room. We never dreamed of staying somewhere so beautiful and are thankful to the owners who are willing to share their piece of paradise with others. The house is in a gated community and is very close to many shopping areas, including downtown Kona. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you to the owner of this property for sharing such a beautiful home. The view from the lania and pool area is just so amazing, I could just stay there all day and soak it up. The management company met us there on arrival and walk us through the home which was appreciated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary on the big island with our three adult children. The property manager Gabbie met us at the house to show us the amazing property and explain the details. We had contacted a private chef who cooked a fabulous surprise birthday dinner for our son our first night in the house. (Highly recommend Max and Austin!!!) The pool and hot tub were perfect and we used the grill a few nights. The stores and restaurants located five minutes away were not only convenient but very nice for groceries, meals and last minute souvenirs! Location was great for day trips to coffee farms and the spa and beaches. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this outstanding property!

The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is a little weird since the house is built into the hill, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor where you can enter, then the main floor and then on the lowest level is the master suite. The kitchen is well appointed. We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. We would absolutely stay again.

Eveything was excellent about this property. My only dissapointment is that there no great restaurants nearby, but that has nothing to do with the property itself.
