We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house is cleaned, well maintained and the views are to die for. My family and I enjoyed the pool and lanai area daily and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The veranda was so beautiful and comfortable. It was where we spent most of our time from coffee in the morning, afternoon swim in the pool, evening meals and of course the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets over the ocean. 10 out of 10

The home was very nice and the communication was excellent. This place has beautiful ocean views, and listening to all the birds in the beautiful landscaped yard was wonderful! great. There are a lot of stairs to the front door and inside the home, if you have anyone that would struggle with stairs it might be a bit much for them. We really enjoyed the tv room for watching sport (March Madness!). The property is very secure and in a gated community which was great. We appreciated all the extra in the home and pool items outside
The home was very nice and the communication was excellent. This place has beautiful ocean views, and listening to all the birds in the beautiful landscaped yard was wonderful! great. This is by far the most amazing property we have stayed at anywhere around the world, and we work for the airline industry and stay in many places around the world. This is literally a 10 out of 10 in every way, shape, and form. Words really don’t do it justice. Just WOW! We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful! If you’re deciding between this property or another option, pick this property! While the house is amazing, we spent most of our time in the pool or on the patio. Amazing views with no other houses right in front of you. Would love to stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 7. It is even more beautiful in person. Everyone had their own space when needed. The house is ideal for large families. We spent most of our time on the large lanai and pool area. There was rarely a time that we weren’t out enjoying the pool and the views.
The home is stocked with games, pool activities and household necessities.
The management company could not have been more responsive and thorough.

The house, lanai and pool were wonderful. The choice was do we go and do something (Beach, volcano,snorkel, sightsee) or do we just stay and enjoy the lanai, pool and the most marvelous ocean view on the Kona coast? The choice was frequently the house. WE WILL BE BACK!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. From the breathtaking ocean views to the stunning, roomy and well equipped home, this rental was everything our family of 7 had hoped for. The lanai and pool made just hanging out “at home” a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

My family was ecstatic with our stay in this beautiful home. It was more than we imagined and could have spent our entire vacation just hanging out at the home. It was very spacious and clean, and provided ample room for my husband and I and our (4) kids (young adults and teens). We enjoyed beautiful sunsets sitting on the lanai and while swimming in the pool in the evening, which was amazing. The entire lower floor of the house is a huge primary suite which includes a dressing room and a laundry room. We never dreamed of staying somewhere so beautiful and are thankful to the owners who are willing to share their piece of paradise with others. The house is in a gated community and is very close to many shopping areas, including downtown Kona. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you to the owner of this property for sharing such a beautiful home. The view from the lania and pool area is just so amazing, I could just stay there all day and soak it up. The management company met us there on arrival and walk us through the home which was appreciated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary on the big island with our three adult children. The property manager Gabbie met us at the house to show us the amazing property and explain the details. We had contacted a private chef who cooked a fabulous surprise birthday dinner for our son our first night in the house. (Highly recommend Max and Austin!!!) The pool and hot tub were perfect and we used the grill a few nights. The stores and restaurants located five minutes away were not only convenient but very nice for groceries, meals and last minute souvenirs! Location was great for day trips to coffee farms and the spa and beaches. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this outstanding property!
