This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is located in Hawaii's premier KoOlina Beach Resort in the gated community.

Your vacation starts as you enter the gate, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and the gorgeous KoOlina LPGA-level golf course.

Convenience is at your doorstep. The inviting gated pool and soothing jacuzzi are just a one-minute walk away, and BBQs are at the ready. Four amazing white sand beach lagoons are just past the edge of the golf course that aligns with the subdivision.

The villa features comfortable, high-end quality furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and modern appliances, and all linens are provided. It features an open floor plan (large living room/dining room/kitchen area, expanded cable with 55' flat-screen TV, and a DVD player). A spacious lanai with a table and seating is off the living room and overlooks beautiful green space.

The master bedroom with a king bed has two closets (one is a large walk-in closet) and a large double sink bathroom with a shower/tub. All bedding and linens are provided and extremely comfortable.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet with extra linens, a color 32' flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom features two double beds, a large closet, and a beautiful tropical ceiling fan.

A full-sized washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Expanded Spectrum Cable TV and fast and secure wireless internet are great for homeschooling or working from home if you must.

The private and gated pool area with a waterfall, children’s section, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and covered grilling/dining area is a 1-minute walk away. The villa is within walking distance of KoOlina's amazing golf course, Roy’s restaurant, and four beautiful Koolina beach lagoons (8-12 min walk).
