The Wailea Sunset Estate is a legal hotel-zoned ocean front vacation home which may be rented in combination with the adjoining Wailea Sunset Bungalow for a total of as many as 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths for up to 12 guests! The Wailea Sunset Estate by itself is a beautiful 4,000 square foot newer luxury estate four bedroom home with five and a half bathrooms. The property is situated near two sandy swimming beaches and the properties border Wailea Resort. Guests have exclusive use of their own hot tub and pool situated under the stars.

The Wailea Sunset Estate has a priceless and stunning panoramic ocean front setting. A sprawling manicured grass lawn slopes down to the water's edge where a pebbly cove invites you to snorkel, swim, boogie board, kayak, and scuba dive - right from your home! This was a great house in a great location. We really enjoyed the layout. Perfect for our family. Loved the pool, hot tub and lawn games. Being able to walk across the yard and sit by the ocean was amazing. All the amenities and extra touches were really appreciated. We had one minor issue with the air conditioner, but it was fixed the next day. I hope we can come back and stay again some day!

We just spent the most amazing 9 days in Maui staying at this incredible home. It was me and my wife, our four kids (ages 2-10) and our au pair. We are used to staying at luxury hotels and our alternative plans were indeed to stay at a hotel. We are SO glad we didn’t. This home had it all. The location was perfect—being right on the beach and less than 2min walk to the hotels. The home was well suited for us with the room settings, the pool, the separate room for the au pair. The activities we were able to do with our kids with the help of Yvonne, the concierge, were really beyond anything we could have imagined. We can’t wait to come back for whale season!

I felt like a rock star staying at this beautiful home. The perfect vacation for our family. Loved the views of the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and even saw a moon set one morning. We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for about 30 who were visiting Maui for a business trip. They were in awe of the house and the wonderful meal we had prepared. What a great memory this was and everything we needed to cook for 30. Very well supplied and organized. "Mahalo"
