A gorgeous, well-located property that had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Karen, the owner, is very responsive and the house is stocked with everything you might need. It is very quiet and relaxing, with the pool opposite and access to the Mauna Lani beach club close by. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. We would definitely like to return and highly recommend this property.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful condo at the Mauna Loa golf villas. The owner, Karen was extraordinarily responsive and always replied back quickly to our many questions. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and well landscaped and clean. Karen’s condo in particular Is fantastic, larger than we expected and completely and comfortably slept our group of seven people for two weeks. We loved that it had three bathrooms as well. The neighborhood pool is lovely and the private beach area was a favorite of ours. Karen’s place is well equipped with everything you need for a visit to the big island. There was plenty of kitchen cookware, plates, cups, silverware, etc., and lots of leftover dry foods, spices and so on left by previous guests. Tons of beach toys for children and beach chairs, coolers… Everything you need for a beach stay. We are VRBO owners in the mountains of Western North Carolina and we understand the pros and cons of renting out your personal space, and being a good property manager as well. Our stay in Karen’s condo was exemplary and I do hope that my positive review gains her lots of business as people read it. You will not regret staying in Karen’s condo if you choose to book here. Everything about it deserves a five star review!
It was great to have access to the private beach and enough beach equipment (chairs) for everyone. Highly recommend this until; it was our second time staying here.

The condo was a home! The beautiful home was place perfectly by the pool. Our friend's and son condo was also near our condo and the pool. Perfect month for each of my children families to spend time in Hawaii.We have come to Golf Villas five times as renter’s and guest of our friends three times. We have Come to Hawaiian Islands over 38 years loved our experiences. We have been happy with staying at the Golf Villas and on planning on staying at this home again in the near future.
Our family was there to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries and visit family that lives in Kona. There was lots of room and it was well stocked. The only disappointment was that the icemaker didn't work and bags of ice was were not available.
The location and house were excellent! The owners are easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house was really well stocked and had a lot of beach chairs and a few great umbrellas To enjoy at the beach. The private beach club and pool were wonderful to enjoy. The community is great with a grocery store and good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect! Thank you!
My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Everything was very convenient and nearby, like foodland, the private beaches, a stunning view on the lanai of the Mauna Lani golf course. Went night swimming and relaxed in the jacuzzi. This area of community was also very quiet, with the feels & sounds of the Hawaiian breeze. We definitely recommend staying here when coming to the Big Island. ThankYou! We had a blast.
Beautiful location, convenient villa close to the entrance gate, gym & pool. Spacious & comfortable for our family of 7. The teens enjoyed working out in the gym & relaxing in the hot tub. They also slept comfortably in the loft on the trundle bed while the adults slept peacefully in the 3 rooms. We really appreciated having the convenience of 3 full bathrooms. The home was well stocked with spices & left over items from other guests. And having starter items such as tp, laundry pods, hand soap etc was also very much appreciated until we could get to Target the day after checking in. What we loved most was having access to the private beach villa (many beach chairs/coolers etc provided in the closet) & being able to quickly shop at the Foodland Farms which was less then 10 mins down the road. All in all, what a wonderful home & staycation. We hope to return soon & stay in this hospitable home! Thank you for sharing your home with us! :)
We traveled with my mother and children ranging in ages from 11-80 and nobody was disappointed! The house was wonderful, the beach club access priceless and proximity to everything we wanted to do convenient!

We had a group of six comfortably stay at the property. There was plenty of space for everyone. This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property provided a wonderful place for us to prepare for the day and relax at the end of our day. The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, pool, beach gear and lanai’s helped make this an enjoyable stay.
We highly recommend this property.
This villa was centrally located for our family celebration at the Muana Lani Resort. Easy access to the private beach. Clean and well stocked. Host was quick to respond to any issue. I Strongly recommend this property
When you’re traveling with family and friends, sometimes it is difficult to find just the right combination of beds, and this place was absolutely perfect for us! The price was right, It was clean, the location was beautiful, and we found everything we needed. The AC (for those of us not used to the heat) Worked well, and I hear that’s a bonus! We would definitely stay here again
This absolutely could not have been better. Sleeping was perfect for two married and two unmarried couples. All the beach equipment and toys you could want. Access to an exclusive private beach club. Very comfortable, quiet, cozy, and spacious. This is a family home that was lovingly shared with my family.

Excellent location with access to the beach club! Enjoyed sitting on the Lanai for coffee and meals. The close proximity to the pool was also a plus. We would highly recommend this property!
This house was perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. From the kitchen to the beach supplies to the children’s things (high chair, pool toys). Location was also great, we loved the Mauna Lani beach club and walking around the fish ponds, we both walked and drove to that area. It was also a short drive to Puako, Mauna Kea beach and Waikoloa, all places we like to explore. The pool was right outside the condo and was perfect for the kids. This was really a perfect property for our needs.
This was a great property and a wonderful host family. Excellent communication with the host. Excellent amenities at this property. Excellent local support. We locked ourselves out and the local host had us in in 5 minutes. Very prompt service locally and by the property owner. They had everything available to go to the beach: chairs, umbrellas, towels, boards, etc. Just a great overall experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Big Island and ending our Christmas trip at this Fantastic villa was extra special! We were greeted with a lovely Christmas Gift from host Karen upon arriving and used it throughout our trip. Excellent location, clean, comfortable and great extras come with this property!
We came together for a family pre-Christmas vaca. Had an absolutely fabulous time together. Didn’t watch tv or stare at our devices. We swam, talked, laughed, at WAY too much, and just enjoyed the time together. The condo accommodated us perfectly and was easy to use. Our only issue was that we could not get the ice maker to make ice… so we just bought bags at the grocery. Thanks for letting us share you island home.
We found the condo to be everything that we needed for a great vacation. The accommodations were as advertised, and fully met our expectations. The kitchen had all the tools for us to cook our fresh caught mahi mahi. Being close to the pool and having a somewhat private beach with good snorkeling was a plus. We will not hesitate to recommend this condo and will use it next time
