VILLA: Conveniently situated in the center of Hali’I Kai, less than 400 yards from the ocean, our villa is luxuriously furnished and decorated reflecting the understated Hawaiian elegance found amongst top notched world-class resorts and hotels. As original kama`aina (local) owners, we are fortunate to have this fabulous Villa that Centex (the developer) built with such style and elegance. Our lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or perhaps an ocean view sunset dinner while grilling on our new Weber grill complete with cooking utensils. Sunbathing or simply watching golfers on the adjacent lawn area on this ground floor unit without stairs makes for easy access.
