VILLA: Conveniently situated in the center of Hali’I Kai, less than 400 yards from the ocean, our villa is luxuriously furnished and decorated reflecting the understated Hawaiian elegance found amongst top notched world-class resorts and hotels. As original kama`aina (local) owners, we are fortunate to have this fabulous Villa that Centex (the developer) built with such style and elegance. Our lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or perhaps an ocean view sunset dinner while grilling on our new Weber grill complete with cooking utensils. Sunbathing or simply watching golfers on the adjacent lawn area on this ground floor unit without stairs makes for easy access. The Villa is primarily decorated and appointed with distinctive designer furnishings featuring Hawaiian elegance with a hint of an Asian flair. We loved the condo. Perfect size for our family of 5. The proximity to Hapuna Beach, shops and restaurants was ideal. The resort property was well manicured, the pool was awesome and not too busy - always a few lounge chairs available.

From our communication with the owner to our nightly sunset viewings from the lanai, everything was absolutely perfect! We have never stayed in such a well-“stocked” VRBO! Absolutely everything you need for daily beach trips, everything you need to prepare meals in (if you aren’t being spoiled at the restaurant on site by our favorites, Kathy and Daniel), and everything you need for a very comfortable stay in paradise!

An amazing sunset seen from the lanai welcomed us to the Big Island after our long journey, and every night after that. Prime viewing for endless sunsets. Laurie Jo and Paul were so welcoming, and very easy to communicate with. Any questions were promptly answered. This was the perfect space for our family of 5. I loved that it was a first floor walk out. The cross breeze with the screened front door is wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. Laurie Jo made sure we were equipped with beach towels and plenty of necessities. I highly recommend this property and hope we can return someday. Very sad to leave 😢Mahalo Laurie Jo & Paul

Great place for home base to explore the big island. It was so helpful to have access to the gear that we would otherwise have to rent. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. There was nothing else we could have needed!

Great place! Super clean, AC works great, close to pool, great patio for BBQ and sitting out morning and night. Laurie Jo is a great host - I asked a question and she called me right away. Super helpful. Our only regret is that we did not have enough time here.

We had a great time during our stay in Waikoloa. The on-site pool was kid friendly and easy to get to from our unit. There are 2 Peloton bikes in the gym area that we took advantage of during our stay. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to the Big Island.

We loved all the beach chairs and umbrellas, sports equipment and especially the bikes. The kitchen was well stocked which was super helpful. It was perfect for my family plus the grandparents.
