High profile trucks and SUVs will not be able to enter garage due to height limit. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. Very clean, great location, only one block from beach, and view of Diamond Head. Parking is convenient and adequate as well. Only issue was one of the four elevators was out of service our entire 5 day stay, making elevator wait times long and crowded.

As a first time visitor to Oahu, I found the location was convenient to all of the places we visited on the island (from the city to the North Shore). The city of Honolulu is crowded (especially Waikiki), traffic is busy and parking anywhere was a challenge, except when we arrived home each day. It was great being able to pull into the Banyan's garage and not worry about finding a parking spot. The apartment was exceptionally clean and fully stocked for all our needs. Only one drawback, the A/C stopped working 2 full days before we left. Maintenance checked it out quickly, and it probably needed replacement before the next guests check in. Overall, our stay was excellent and very much enjoyable.

The property including the unit are a bit dated. The couch was well past its prime , the arms were worn and not clean. Directions for the tv would have been nice. The location was excellent , pool and spa ok ! Access to the beach was awesome. The view was really cool.

Great place, the place only had one mug and the gauge on the air conditioner unit did not fully work. I contacted the manager and was told to use the remote for the ac and that mugs would be provided that day. Once we found the remote for the ac, it worked well. Someone brought us mugs within hours. Very responsive. Place was clean and bathroom was newer.

Beautiful cozy condo walking distance to beach and shops. My Wife and I stayed for a week, the place looks just like the photos beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom. Free parking is a plus. Parking in the area ranges 35$-50$ a night. Monique was a gracious host readily available for any questions or concerns. Provided eating utensils; towels; beach chairs and more. 10/10 would stay again.

Definitely the condo you want to rent if you plan on having a car during your stay in Waikiki. Easy parking for exploring the island, and yet everything is within easy walking distance of Waikiki beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again.

We recently spent 4 nights in this property in late November. Love the location of this Waikiki Banyan property. It's one block to the beach and walking distance to International Marketplace and shops and restaurants on Kalakaua Avenue. Also love and appreciate that this property come with FREE parking. We didn't have difficulty finding parking space for our rental car. We also didn't have problem contacting the property owner, Monique. She was quick to respond by text. Definitely worth checking out this place if you are looking for place to stay in Waikiki.
