Enjoyed the pool, close to the calm bay and the paddle boards. Everything was perfect.
Check-in was easy and the kitchen was amazing. We also really loved the view of the bay.

Had a great holiday with family. Location was fantastic. House was well equipped. Pool was a bonus. 11am checkout would have been more convenient as well as not having to launder all the towells before checking out.

We had the most amazing time staying here for a week...location was perfect....waking up to overlooking the bay was the best...got to start my mornings off with a swim...very comfortably fit the 10 of us...felt like home! Would love to come back!
Dawn paddle boarding, nighttime manta rays, family, and fun! This stay had it all, and the house location, amenities, and set up made it possible. Fantastic location and extremely comfortable for our family of 8, including two kids under 3. Highly recommended - we will definitely be back.

The house is amazing. The location is amazing. The shed with all the toys for the kids and adults to use was amazing. Overall we had the best time. The pool is such a nice addition. We enjoyed our morning coffees sitting on the covered deck watching the canoe club come

Our family was in town for the Ironman race. We had a wide variety of ages staying and they all loved it. There was definitely something for everyone! Beautiful well kept home

We had the best time! Could not have picked a better place to stay!! We loved the Seacrest Manta Ray snorkling. Two step beach was great for snorkling. Kids lived the pool! Great vacation!!!!
We had an amazing week at Kona Calm. The location and access to Keahou Bay cannot be beat. The house is large and accommodated our party of 10 very well. We particularly loved the pool and all the water toys. Hopefully we will be back one day!!
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were able to simply enjoy the house, the view, and the ocean. There was enough room for people to chill, great gathering spot for meals, and it was simply what we had hoped it would be. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Mahalo!
this home has a fantastic location. A few steps to the beach and a lovely private pool and gorgeous gardens in the backyard. Ample room for a large family and close to highways and access to stores. We would recommend.

Location was great, close to the ocean, quiet, pool for the kids and nice spacious well furnished home. Beautiful landscaping. The home is also close to a very good shopping Center. The kitchen was super well equipped with dishes, utensils, and pots & pans. The full lanai was very well used by all. Also, the “toy shed” had everything needed for the beach. Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.
A few updates need to happen with this beautiful home, and the neighbors are a bit noisy. However, this is a wonderful spot. We would stay here anytime. We live here, part time, but needed a bigger place for family. It was the perfect spot and the perfect way to host family from the mainland.

The pool was good and the location was excellent. The place could use another bathroom for a group of 6 or more. For example, the room with the two beds is two floors above a powder room. There were a lot of rules provided just before check-in and this was the first time we were asked to wash, dry and put back all towels from over 30 years of renting. The request would have been ok if the washer and dryer would have worked better or more efficiently. Overall, it was not bad as there were beach towels, toys and other items provided for our use.

We appreciated the host providing so much pool/beach/ocean equipment which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Our family loved staying here. The house was neat and clean and had plenty of space for all of us. We were surprised at the rocky beach behind the house, but it was a beautiful view and there were plenty of things to do. We appreciate the ability to stay here. I would mention that there were several lightbulbs that were burned out so the bottom level was dark at night. But we had everything else we needed and are grateful you were willing to share your toys too.
The communication at check in was very helpful and I appreciated the heads up about the geckos so I could warn my kids not to flip out. Thanks for part of a wonderful vacation!
This property is in an excellent location with several oceanic tour companies just 3 minute's walk from the front door. And the house is just as beautiful as the pictures.
This house had it all! We were two families with 4 kids ranging 9-13 years, and they had so much fun. Plenty of room for all. Big couches, fantastic lanai, and all the beach gear you need for the whole gang. A well-equipped kitchen made meal prep fun, and the location was easy driving distance to all the sights and beaches. Thank you Kona Calm for a fantastic holiday retreat!
