I was already for the third time in this house. As usual everything is perfect. Everything you need is there. You can also find everything for a day at the beach. The entire residential complex is in very good condition, as I know it from 2018. I also really like that the owners are still the same. Denise always replies very quickly. I will definitely stay here again on my next Hawaii vacation.

We spent 30 days at this property. The condo was spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed, and wonderful to stay at. Everything was perfect. Great location! I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

Hosts were super welcoming, house was beautiful, spacious and clean! The community it’s in is super nice, we loved the location and convenience of the pool! We will definitely be back💕

The pictures do not even do justice on how beautiful this condo is. Gated community, quiet, spacious and has great ocean view. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach chairs and gears available for use. The rooms are spacious and a pull out sofa downstairs in the living room.
The communication with Denise, one of the owners was great! She answered my questions promptly. She was always so helpful when I needed some suggestions.
There were so many great memories of our adventures on the big island! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Good location and safe for family vacation stay. Walk distance to snorkeling areas and food/supermarket plaza. condo provides pretty much everything you need for cooking and beach activity equipment.

As advertised. The place was large by island standards - was nicely appointed. Beds were comfy and location was perfect. Loved the outdoor patio area and BBQ. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Would not hesitate to book this again. Had a great time

Our place was incredibly clean, spacious, and filled with all the amenities you would look for in a vacation stay. Denise and Dave were super responsive and we felt incredibly blessed to have found this beautiful town home. I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Everything about the home lived up to the reviews and description. Centrally located to the western side of Hawaii Island, away from the crowds and bustle of the Kona “strip”. Located very convenient to A KTA supermarket. Very easy access north or south and to the Kona Coffee row.
The home was comfortable, clean, and easy to access. Everything worked as needed and trouble free. Being the end of summer the AC was definitely a plus. We would definitely consider the home again on a future visit.
