Easy check-in, staff is very friendly. The condo was stocked with kitchen/restroom necessities/toiletry. On cleaning day housekeeping just left the towels at the door, I thought they were gna also replace the sheets and throw the trash besides that awesome experience. I would definitely stay again. The property owner was very responsive. We had issues with the tv and they sent someone to fix it first thing in the morning.

Great place, great location. Really enjoyed the athletic club access the street. Easy to walk down to the beach. My only complaint would be they didn’t have hand soap, body wash, or any of the regular amenities that you would have at any other place you would stay, so come prepared for that. Also, extra kitchen goods were not there. We had to go buy salt and coffee because there is absolutely nothing in the cupboards. But the place was great overall!
There was scaffolding set up all around our unit, because the building was being painted. But we were NOT made aware of this ahead of time, otherwise we would have booked different accommodations. Men arrived outside our bedroom window every morning before we awoke, stood on ladders looking into our bedroom, and moved all the furniture off our patio. It was an invasion of privacy and not at all relaxing. We would not have chosen this spot if we had known that would be the case.
We had a very nice stay at this property, close to the beach, nice grounds, comfortable master bedroom bed, no so comfortable couch for the kids, mattress makes noise. It was nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards available. Would come back!
This is our 20th stay at Kiahuna plantation, and we love this unit, it provides privacy and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We also like the location of this unit for its proximity to the laundry and walking path to Marriot for a swim. We also enjoyed the shaded garden area after a day out in the sun.
We stayed here for 5 nights after being on Maui for 11, we would do it again, but for a longer stay!

Overall good This is however is an institutionalized vrbo. Not a quaint one. No spice’s, about 3 individual little bags of sugar and salt. Basically zero cooking essentials. Coffee cups were very tiny. But in general, the place was close to the beach, very clean and nice. Had a beach umbrella which was great. Loved being on the ground floor.

We have stayed several times at the Kiahuna plantation. We loved our 3 week stay at this lovely comfortable and clean unit. The owner has thought of everything. Chairs, umbrella and a small cooler were available for beach fun. The resort borders on one of the best beaches on the island. Snorkeling, surfing,swimming, or just bobbing right out front. We love the beauty and peace of this resort. The pool is nice for little children and adults. we rarely used it as the beach is so great.
Overall, an okay stay considering price but we felt a bit underwhelmed during the whole experience. WiFi didn't work when we arrived, we were given the wrong code for the door. And inside, the amenities were more than basic. Not a shower gel in sight, just a plain brick of soap. And one of the three pans was unusable because the bottom was curved. No dealbreaker individually but taken together, they add up.
On the positive side, large laundry room, good location to explore the island, decent beach at walking distance.

Cons: ceiling fan on bedroom a little loud-needs some maintenance. Kitchen lacked staple like cooking oil and spices.

The ease of booking to checking out to everything inbetween was excellent. Very clean unit, awesome views, splendid location, very safe, lovely breezes, quiet and made our vacation relaxing and very enjoyable.
Great little spot within a 5-minute walk to the beach and a nice natural view of the back Lanai. Quiet condo except for the morning Contractor banging around one morning. It was after 8 a.m. so you can't complain too much.
The ding I give it is the bed felt like sleeping on large curd cottage cheese without the dairy aroma. When you consider that the most time guests spend in these condos is to sleep, why wouldn't the bed comfort be first and foremost thought. In this case, it was an afterthought at best. Awoke each morning with a sore back. No offense to large curd cheese lovers out there.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay at the Kiahuna Plantation. Our 2nd time to the resort and this condo was great! It had everything we needed! We cooked breakfast and prepared lunch everyday, and of course went to the fabulous beach that's just a short 5 minute walk. Many restaurants are within walking distance too. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Next time, hopefully the standing fan in the bedroom will work. My fault, I never called it in so that's on me. Thank you again for a perfect stay!

Unit is close to the beach, gardens are beautiful, large open grass area for kids to play. Pool across the road at athletic club is lovely with options to order drinks and food. Shallow area for little kids to play safely, and a waterslide for all ages to enjoy. Amazing Hawaiian style restaurant right across the road from the property. Unit has everything you need. Recommend staying here for sure.
