This Modern Timeless “ALOHA” Studio (Unit 1202-Side A with FULL Kitchen) and ""OHANA" Studio (Unit 1202-Side B with Kitchenette) “COMPLETELY Remodel” Is Nestled in Building 1 (Hale Ekahi) on the Second Floor of “The Cliffs at Princeville Resort” which is located on the north shore of the Garden Island of Kauai. The Cliffs lies within the Princeville Resort on 22 acres of lush tropical garden land - called the "Cliffs" because of its situation on a high bluff, overlooking the north Pacific.
Unit 1202 (Side A) – “ALOHA” Studio features a King size bed, FULL GOURMET KITCHEN, inside dining and social area, and private lanai where you may dine outside with a “lush tropical botanical” garden view. Parking is easy and wireless is provided by “The Cliffs at Princeville” throughout the complex. The full kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, has a range, refrigerator, coffee pot, rice cooker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with modern tile and fixtures. Laundry Machine: Washer and Dryer provided in the Foyer.
“The Cliffs at Princeville” complex is located on the Bluffs overlooking the Pacific and features tennis courts, half-court basketball, a newly renovated pool with waterfall, Fitness Center, Croquet, Tennis Courts, Putting Green, Horseshoes, Shuffle Board, private adult Jacuzzi, Bike Rental, Club House with Huge TV and Book rental, Computer Center to print boarding passes, several Outside BBQ Grills and more...
Concierge located next to the business center is “FREE”, and the staff is more than happy to help/suggest or plan/reserve any activity you desire.
“The Cliffs at Princeville” is located close to two of the outstanding golf courses in Hawaii, with the number one rated golf course in Hawaii, the Prince Course, as well as the highly regarded and much less difficult (but still challenging) Makai course nearby. “The Cliffs at Princeville” is close to shopping, many restaurants and the world famous 1 Hotel Hanalei Resort.

This is our first "COMPLETELY" Remodel Vacation Rental that we have taken on to reflect our OWN Personal TOUCH for this Garden Island. It has beautiful Crown Molding and special Artwork throughout unit. We want to share our labor of love for this island with a moderately priced rental that all can experience. Each piece of furniture and artwork was specifically chosen to reflect our Kauai LOVE and thoughts. We also provide "free" to our guests, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and igloos while other units may not offer this.
==>There are Weekly on-site activities such as: Farmers Market, Yoga on the bluff, Lei making & Hula classes, Wine and Beer tasting & Food Truck night. (Some of these activities may be on hold due to Covid fy 2023-2024)

Great place! My wife and I loved the resort and the room. Had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. We felt at home as soon as we got there. A very relaxing place. The hosts were great to deal with, check in and out were very easy, and the location is close enough to just about everything you will need. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Worst VRBO we've ever stayed in. Dusty, old furniture.
stained bedspread, Very limited supplies--not a baggy, saran wrap, aluminum foil, or storage containers. One roll of toilet paper, 1 load of laundry soap. Cheap hosts. Nobody wants to stay for a week and have to supply the place. The hot tubs were filled to capacity at all times. Pool not appealing--just don't make the mistake that we did by staying here.

This accommodation was perfect for us - and we could see that it would fit a wide range of ages. The studio has everything you might need for a short or longer stay, and has a great ambiance and good bed. It looks out over trees and birds, you feel as if you are in the country although there's all the amenities of a good resort immediately close by. The Cliffs is a well run and relaxed place, and Princeville is between Hanalei and the Ke'e state park to the west, and Kalauei and the Botanical Gardens to the east, with many and different kinds of beaches (sun/surf/swimming/snorkeling) and walking/kayaking opportunities. Great fish and fruit/veg available, good farmer's market on Saturdays. Altogether a wonderful getaway, or for longer.

Loved the studio room. Decor was very Hawaiian. The bed was comfortable. The Princeville location was perfect. Hanalei, Kilauea were close. Kapaa not far.

I loved staying on the north shore and this was a great spot to do so from. Lots of amenities on the property and helpful staff. I appreciated Milo and Theresa’s quick responses and the book of suggestions for activities and dining on the island. Super cute place with a full kitchen too.

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and an ideal place for us to stay. Check in/out process was easy with the front desk. We really appreciated the small cooler, sand chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and rain umbrellas provided by the owners so we didn't have to figure those things out upon arrival in Kauai. While we did miss having air conditioning, we slept fairly well by running the two ceiling fans and plug-in fan provided. There were only two beach towels provided, so we did have to do a load of towels (in the washer/dryer unit provided within our condo, free of charge with detergent pods provided) to have fresh midway through our 7-night stay. There were no ice packs provided for the cooler, so we just drank a little bit of our water from a few of our recyclable water bottles (to prevent overexpansion), froze them, and used those for ice blocks in the cooler to keep things cold for the day. The Cliffs grounds were beautifully kept. We enjoyed using the pool. The bbq grills kitty-corner from the condo were convenient to use, and the sunsets on the back grassy area (ocean side), were awesome! The owner, Milo, got back to us quickly with a question we had. We would highly recommend staying here.

I was initially hesitant to book a studio for our 8 day stay on Kauai with concern it would be too small for my husband and I. Turns out, I had no reason to be concerned as there was ample space with a full sized kitchen that more then met our needs. Similiar to most units on Kauai, there was no air conditioner in the condo. Once we learned to open the window on the front door and propped open the outside hallway door, we truly enjoyed the trade winds from the front and back of the condo and were never over-heated. It did get a little warm in the bathroom when drying my hair as there is no window but that just helped me get ready faster!
Finally, Milo was so responsive when I had a question. I know I likely lost track of information that he sent me initially and he immediately responded to my question about check-in by forwarding the information again. The condo was very clean and obviously well maintained. Thanks Milo! We had a ball!
