Cozy and clean downstairs unit, with front door parking and outside lanai space. Well stocked kitchen with all the conveniences, washer and dryer, California king size bed. Good airflow (fans but no A/C) and shaded lanai. Conveniently located close to St. Regis and Westin resorts, Hanalei and Anini beaches, world famous golf courses, shopping, restaurants and other activities. Common area includes pool, jacuzzi and barbecues. Sandpiper VIllage was one of the first condos to be built on the North Shore and therefore, it has a laid back, local vibe. Many permanent residents reside there; working, attending school, raising kids. Visitors who stay in Sandpiper can get a real feel for Kauai community and island lifestyle. That being said, there are neighbors upstairs and on both sides, so visitors seeking a tranquil respite would be better off in a private house....

Just a short drive to Hanalei and Anini Beach, also not far from the State Park this was an ideal location for staying on the North Shore.

The apartment is larger than even appears in photos and is such a nice location near the pool/hot tub. Nice and clean, and absolutely no issues while we were there. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had an awesome time in Janet’s condo. The place is spacious, very tody and we felt hike at once. There is loads to do in the area. For us it’s been the perfect stay!

In an older condo development, the unit is well-maintained and very clean. The parking space is within about ten feet of the front door, very convenient for us old tired folk! All the conveniences of home and a very comfortable firm bed.
We had one plumbing problem and the personable owner showed up with the plumber and the whole thing was fixed within about an hour. Very impressive service.
