    Rates are for 2 persons with a $10/night/person for a 3rd or 4th person. Everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable is provided in this one-bedroom, ground-level condominium in Kihei Kai Nani in sunny Kihei on the island of Maui. The condo complex is not pet-friendly and smoking is restricted to two areas on the property. This is a privately owned property (not a timeshare) where the owner resides for periodic vacations. Because we do not use a rental agency we are able to offer discounted rates to our guests. Our condo is Kihei Kai Nani #133 in building 12 across the drive from the swimming pool.

    We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable and affordably priced property with a king-size bed and queen sofa bed (two adults and 1 or 2 children recommended.) We ask that guests please observe the no-smoking policy. Laundry facilities are conveniently located next to our large swimming pool. We have recently added AC in the entire condo.n area. We have ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
    Kihei Kai Nani Vacation Resort is located directly across from Kamaole Beach II, one of the world-renowned Kamaole Beaches. You can walk from one beach to the next all the way to Wailea on some of the softest sand to be found anywhere! Kam II is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, standup paddleboarding, and tide pooling with lifeguards on duty-- a great beach for children and adults. Several restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are within walking distance as well as activity info and equipment rentals. World-class golf courses, shops, restaurants, and resorts are just minutes south in Wailea and Makena.

    Kihei is approximately 12 miles from the Kahului Airport, on the drier, sunny side of the island. We use Kihei Rent-A-Car for auto reservations. If you ask they can offer older Nissan models etc for lower rates (800-251-5288). For those who choose not to rent a car, there is Speedie Shuttle Airport Service (808-242-7777) at $47 for 2 people and Island bus service.

    We had a very pleasant stay. Jim and Pat were gracious hosts. When we had a flight schedule change prior to the trip, we asked if we could take off a day. They were glad to do that. Check in was a breeze. The place is centrally located to the pool, office and amenities offered in the complex. It is a easy 2 minute walk to Kamaole Sands II. The place was cozy and had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals and have a comfortable stay. We have stayed at a number of properties in Kihei and this one ranked pretty high. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

    We had a wonderful time in Kihei! This condo is in a great location right across the street from Kam II beach! I enjoyed paddling my SUP in the morning on the calm water. One day we experienced high winds and decided to just relax by the pool while we did our laundry in the laundry room right around the corner. There are beach chairs and a wonderful assortment of beach toys on the patio. This condo is just the right size for two. We cooked some really delicious meals in the kitchen and outside on the grill. This is not a five star star resort but we were very comfortable and we met some very friendly and wonderful people in the neighborhood.

    This property is across the street from a beautiful beach. You can simply cross the street with your beach chairs and snorkel or go over at sunset along with everyone else who gathers to watch the sunset. The property has a beautiful pool, which is right across the parking lot from this unit, and the laundry room has plenty of washers and dryers Very reasonably priced. It is steps away from a small shopping area where you can have fantastic dinners, great morning sweets, including gluten, free cinnamon, rolls, ice cream, and souvenirs. The nights are quiet. This place met our three top qualifications: very comfortable king bed, fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.
