Hard wood floors, granite counter tops, 1 queen master bedroom and 1 double bed in loft. Washer and dryer. Fully supplied kitchen, internet and cable TV. Included in the rate is a 2016 front wheel drive Ford Escape which you pick up at, and returned to, the airport. Please no off road driving.

    Overall this unit was tremendous and we would rent it again, if the fridge is replaced! It was very loud (sounded like a compressor at times) and then quit completely. We were told to leave it unplugged for 12 hours and then plug it back in. We did this and the fridge got cold again, however sometime during the night the ice maker malfunctioned and flooded the unit and the one beneath us. We were relocated to another unit for two nights however the clean up took 3 days and we were left to find our own accommodation for one night. Upon going back to our unit we found we were left to clean up after the workers and we still had old noisy fridge!

    Last year it was loud, but this year much quieter. We didn’t have as many people in the condos close to us. It is a very well maintained condo, we loved having a car available to us. Property managers are wonderful to work with.

    In my humble opinion this is the best condo on the property. The property manager is very easy to deal with. Was able to answer all our questions. The condo is located near parking and the BBQ grills. Also not far from the water. The only thing that could have made this trip better is if we could have stayed longer! I loved our stay in this condo. I highly recommend it!

    This property was great - right on a great beach for swimming and surfing, fast wifi, laundry, a car (!), and guide book inside. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths was a perfect size. Kiku is super responsive to calls/messages and very helpful. It is a bit out of town, which we enjoyed because we could stay in the quieter area with an almost private beach, but be sure to grab food at the grocery store and call ahead to see if restaurants are open.

    Great unit, spacious, light & airy. Nicely furnished and well equipped, including a great kitchen, and with a terrific location. The only change I would suggest is to change the door handle lock, which I had trouble opening right up to the last day, but that was a very , very minor problem. All in all we loved it and definitely plan to come back. Thanks also to Kiku and her assistant for their responsiveness to my questions,etc..
