Excellent corner unit location near entrance the Waikoloa beach area and across from Queens Marketplace. It is 5-10 minutes away from the ‘Anaeho’omalu sandy beach with free parking, shade and the salt water lagoon near the Hilton resort, which is safe for snorkeling. Upscale groceries/shopping/restaurants nearby. Costco is near the Kona airport, Foodland Farms supermarket in Mauna Lani beach resort is 10 minutes away and Waikoloa Village (town to east) offer more economical groceries and restaurants. Management company was very responsive and checkin/checkout were easy. Owners gave lots of great tips for our visit. Pool pass with Hilton self service parking was a great plus, because we were there a lot. Lots of beach equipment was available in unit, including beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach cart. Interior was very nice and beds comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Plentiful beach towels. Attractions in the area (Kona, coffee farms, Costco, Pololu Valley, Hapuna beach) were 15-60 minutes away. FYI. Hawai’i Volcano NP is 2 hrs away, but doable for a day trip.

Unit is as described and shown in the pictures. It is a beautiful place to stay at. The community pool is just steps away and unit is walkable to the Queensmarket shopping center.What makes this place stand out is there is room to spread out. With a bedroom and bath downstairs and two more upstairs there is room for the whole family. Especially if you are traveling with extended family.Highly recommend staying here. The hosts are very communicative and so it the management company
We had an incredible trip and Sherry and Lars property was perfect for our large blended family. The extra space and sleeping arrangements worked out great for two adults and five children ages 8 to 14Shaded lawn area and steps away from the pool made the time spent on property very enjoyable. The condo was well equipped for home away from home living, as well as the garage for beach. excursions.One of the pictures in the listing needs to be updated due to new furniture but we caught it before the trip and Sherry’s communication and solution were excellent.
Wonderful unit for our celebration of niece's high school graduation. Easy access to pool (which felt like our private oasis much of the time). Hilton pool pass was an added bonus and a fun day. Shopping and restaurants just a brief walk away.
Location and condo was ideal for our 2 families, within walking distance of beach and shops. We were close to pool with nice back yard area. Our group of 7 never felt crowded. Highly recommend.
We have stayed at lots of VRBO’s over the years in Kona, and this was the best. It was fantastic, excellent location, had AC, even the teenage boys loved it. I think we found “our place”. I love Waikoloa, and the shops and the beaches, the whole island is beautiful, but this is a really nice place. We’ll be back for sure.
The keyless check in was very easy, we were actually allowed early entry due to our circumstances. The condo is bright and airy with multiple fans we used constantly. We grilled dinner two nights and had the tools we needed for the bbq. Walked to Roy's for dinner twice...delicious...two shopping areas close by... went to the Hilton for lunch (not impressed at all) and had no trouble getting the parking validated. The condo is nicely furnished, beds are ok. The pool and spa are so close and we enjoyed both several times. Grounds are nicely kept.
This is a comfortable property and in an ideal location. Not just in Waikaoloa village but also in the complex itself. Close to the pool and lived the grassy area right outside for the kids to play on. Would definitely stay here again!

Home as depicted online. Did have issues with the AC unit which kept shutting off. There is definitely an issue there that needs to be fixed. No other issues, it was a well kept property.
It's very close to anything needed. Passes to The Hilton were a nice perk.

The unit was spacious and convenient location to the pool. The Hilton Pool passes were a huge benefit with the kids. The unit was stocked well. The carpet was worn and needs replaced. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach towels. The garage had beach chairs and umbrellas which was a huge benefit on beach day!
We would definitely stay again if we come back to Hawaii.
The property was very nice. My son enjoyed having a pool right outside the back door. We all really enjoyed the access to the Hilton pool and lagoon. The pool there was great and the boy loved the water slide. The lagoon was a nice easy place to snorkel; we saw lots of fish, a large group of sea turtles, and even a ray. The bed in the master bedroom was not the most comfortable bed ever, but it was fine. The TV was nice and huge. Would recommend.
We were celebrating my sister-in-law's 50th birthday and had been on the Big Island traveling around for the last week and a half. Our final destination was at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was perfect for both our families. The unit was very clean and welcoming. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool. We easily walked to Wikoloa Beach and found all our cooking supplies at the market in the Queen's Shops. Our day at the Hilton was an extra special event for all of us. We weren't expecting all the fun things to do and it ended up being such a treat! What a wonderful way to end our journey in Hawaii!

Loved the fantastic location, great amenities, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and fully-equipped kitchen. The supply of beach equipment in the garage was so convenient, and a really great bonus. The 11-year old in our group thought the Hilton pool pass was the best feature of all. Highly recommend this property for your family vaca.
It is an amazing place with all of the amenities to feel like home while enjoying everything Hawaii has to offer. We were 2 families and this large home was perfect for us all.
The property was really top notch! It was extremely well kept, incredible location and everything we had hoped for. The extra beach accessories made our beach days a get up and go event rather than trying to find what we needed at a local store. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of this property

The property is beautiful, the grounds & pool are great! The condo itself was roomy & perfect for our 3 family vacation. They were very clear on what was available in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host was also very responsive, and helpful to our contacts with them. The sliding glass door to the lanai, was so very hard to open & close and we couldn’t get 2 of the TV’s to work at all. We contacted the management company, and they sounded very accommodating, but never actually resolved the issues.
