Unit 905 is located near the center of the building, on the ninth floor, giving one privacy and a 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean framed by the islands of Lanai and Molokai. This air-conditioned non-smoking condo has over 800 square feet of living space and is equipped with a king-size bed in the bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living area and two twin beds on the lanai which can be used as a second bedroom by closing the large sliding doors and bamboo drapes. The wide living area is open to the kitchen which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Original art adds interest to the Hawaiian décor and luxury vinyl planks add comfort and warmth. Internet access is available in the condo.

The bedroom was recently updated with a Beauty rest mattress, a 50 inch wall-hung Smart TV with a Blu-ray player, new furniture, wooden blinds and Hawaiian closet doors with built in bureau affording more open space in the bedroom.

This resort (Maui Kai) features a pool, hot tub, barbecue, pick nick area, pool side kitchen, clubhouse with Ping-Pong table and coin laundry facilities and free parking. It is a short walk to shopping, a market and several restaurants.

We loved this property and Jake was a wonderful host! The condo is spacious and very beautifully decorated with original Hawaiian paintings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The dishwasher is very helpful too. The master bed is super comfortable and there are also two twin beds on the lanai. Our 9 yr old daughter spent every night sleeping out there and my wife and I took turns sleeping on the other bed. The central air conditioning kept everything nice and cool all day. The ocean breezes are so cool at night that we didn’t even need A/C for sleeping and it was August. We snorkeled out front on the first day and swam with a sea turtle. It’s hard to top that on your first day! The million dollar view is incredible! We saw sea turtles from our balcony every single day we were there. The lanai was so comfortable that we could literally just sit and have meals and watch sea turtles all day. It’s so peaceful. There is a nice sandy bottom swim beach next to the condo. The condo is within walking distance to food trucks, restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was also stocked with beach gear so we didn’t have to rent chairs, umbrellas etc.. The building caretakers (Mike and Suzy) are so incredibly friendly and they do a wonderful job of keeping the Aloha spirit alive.They are amazing people. I highly recommend Maui Kai #905 and definitely look forward to staying here again on our next trip! Mahalo!!

The photos of this unit do not do it justice, it is absolutely stunning. They have fit every Nic nac of Hawaiian culture in every room and it just looks fantastic. My 18yr old daughter loved having her on room on the lanai. The view is spectacular. We spotted a turtle as soon as we arrived. Close to food trucks, supermarket and shops. The kitchen and unit is stocked with everything you will need. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.

Family of 4. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. Right on the ocean. Looked out the window and could see turtles almost all of the time. My daughter even spotted 4 dolphins the last night. Had 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and 2 coolers. Clean. If you want a place with a beach right in front of you this might not be the right place but for the price and location you aren’t going to find anywhere better. Easy access to the beach and very short drive to lots of beaches

The view is even more amazingly than I could have ever thought. Watching the sunset from the living room and falling asleep in a bed on the lanai with the windows open to the sound of the surf below was wonderful. The whole condo is beautiful and comfortable. Cant wait to come back again!
