Had a wonderful time! Definitely would go back. The only thing it needs is conditioner for your hair. I have long hair and need conditioner to get the tandles out! But we would still go back!
Bottom line, the unit is an awesome vacation home away from home, with everything you’ll need and more. Five stars for the fully equipped kitchen complete with condiments and other useful items; fresh linens on the beds; 2 super clean bathrooms with hair dryers, extra towels, shampoos, and bathing soaps, extra sets of keys and the folder of information for starters. We especially liked the paintings on the wall. Thank you for your hospitality.

Been to Hawaii 45 times, 4 hour time change is harder to deal with! The traffic is worse than every, the 10 hour flight is not good any more! I get to Mexico in 3 hours, the noise in this condo is real bad! Cutting grass at 6 A.M. with the widows open at night because there is no air. The truck noise is getting worse every year, we've stayed here 25 years, might not be back! The price is nuts!!!!!
Two beautiful sunsets from the deck! Unfortunately only were able to stay 2 nights but had a great time. Great relatively quiet location with easy access to north and south Kona. The apartment is very spacious and very well furnished including a kitchen with everything you might need.
Bonnie is absolutely the best VRBO property manager! The condo is amazing! The location is wonderful! The residents of the condominium complex are friendly and welcoming! My husband and I are already looking forward to next year's stay!
We loved this condo for our first trip to the big island, the condo was exactly as described and very well equipped for our 8 day stay. Bonnie was a great host and very easy to communicate with, the instructions were clear and easy to follow as to where to park and how to access the condo. The lanai is spacious and we loved sititng out there in the morning. The two bathrooms were great for our family of four and we also enjoyed the beach chairs and bogie boards that were available for us to use during our stay. I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
Property as a whole was as advertised and met our needs for our stay. Great view to the ocean. Only issue that we had was that someone in an adjacent unit was smoking illegal substances frequently and the smell would make its way into our unit.
It's a very short drive to many popular places around town and it's secluded and things are quiet. The place is super clean, and has two bathrooms which is really nice. The only not-perfect thing was that the entrance to the parking lot was around a blind turn, but traffic was so low there it was never an issue
Property was exactly as described.
Very clean, very well equipped flat. Perfect and easy communication with the property manager. I was staying there during the Ironman World Championships and enjoyed the quietness and the clean area around it. Sunsets are incredible. I would definitely come again!
This is our third time at this condo. Bonnie is wonderful in responding to messages. Condo has a gorgeous view and the pool is wonderful. The complex is quiet. We will probably stay again next year.

Quiet location, beautiful property, convenient to many activities
The 1-bedroom condominium unit was comfortable, well-stocked with the kitchen essentials, and with truly amazing sunsets.
Property has great view to enjoy from Lanai. We were only there for 2 nights so didn’t get to take in all the area has to offer.

Great location, fantastic views, very quite condo complex. Unit had everything we needed and then some. Only issue we had the tile floor was filthy and walls and door frames were dirty, spent some time wiping door frames off around all the door nobs. We did enjoy our 4 weeks here and would return.
