The beautiful furnishings and gorgeous granite & stainless-steel kitchen add to the appeal. While you prepare a gourmet meal for dining on your large private lanai, you can gaze out at the incredible blue Pacific and forget all your cares. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom & large window with more breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom (walk-in shower), while the living area has a sleeper sofa that makes this unit suitable for up to 6 guests. Flat screen TVs with complimentary cable, WiFi & local phone keep you connected with the outside world; central AC and ceiling fans keep you cool; and an in-unit washer/dryer keeps you clean, conveniently, and ready for anything. Coin-operated laundries on the 3rd & 5th floors near the elevator are convenient. The resort itself is a real gem. Nestled into a quiet and safe community, the vibe here is one of low-key local that lets you know you are in an authentic place, not some theme resort. Centrally located in North Kihei, Kihei Beach Resort is a favorite of return travelers. From here you can venture forth with low commute times (15-45 minutes) to enjoy most of the awesome adventures and attractions Maui has to offer. Two long & winding roads - one to the summit of Haleakala & the other through the rainforest heading to eastside Hana. These are longer treks to places remote, but places not to be missed if one can help it. On days you want to stay close to base, stroll the (almost empty) 3 mile stretch of white-sand shoreline north to Ma’alaea. The resort’s 1.3-acre grounds tempt you to stay and relax by the pool, sunbathe on the beach or claim a lounge chair under a palm tree and read a book. From the grounds & pool you have panoramic, nothing peek-a-boo-about-them coastline views that extend south to the Makena cinder cone, sweep out across the water past Molokini Crater. Neighbor islands Kahoolawe, Lanai and then north to Maalaea Bay with its backdrop of stark white windmills marching up the sharp ridges of the West Maui Mountains. You really cannot beat the proximity to the ocean. The sunset views are amazing and it was a peaceful atmosphere. It’s not a far drive to great restaurants and other beaches. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place is great! Everyone mentions the "private" beach and it is so true. The small store, bakery, and shave ice across the street so convenient. The condo was what we expected. The kitchen fully stocked. Actually way more kitchen stuff than most places. View from the balcony just as pictured.

Wonderful views from the lani. Rooms were very comfortable. Well stocked condo. ABC store right across the street and a fabulous bakery and ice cream.

We loved this location it was so beautiful! I loved waking up every morning to the ocean view. My kids were in the ocean every morning by 7. The condo was very nice and clean, we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Beach was wonderful with just amount of people, not crowded and water was warm. Condo was great. Very clean, provided beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Stocked with plenty of dishes Will stay here again. The Sunset Views we’re amazing. One night there were even fireworks out in the ocean launched from a boat.
