Needs more utensils, more than 1 frying pan , more than 1 cooking pot, toaster was dirty, need to replace curtains they were worn out and couldn't keep the sun out, needs a real couch bed, and needs a curtain in the bed room to keep the night light out and stove top needs replacement and the toilet leaked and the TV Internet was malfunctioning. It could use better furnishings and wall pictures. Sorry but I didn't take any pictures of the rooms because I didn't really want to remember what this condo looked like.
The condo was clean and fresh smelling. There were plenty of towels, and paper products and spare bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, cups, plates and cutlery. The dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer and cooker were modern and worked well. There was a modern large screen TV, but we never used it. I assume it was fine. The location was great, with three clean pools and tennis courts. There was plenty of parking and the area was kept clean the entire time we were there. I was happy to see recycling bins down by the trash room. It was just a short walk across the road to Charley Young beach. There are shops and dining, including plenty of food trucks within easy walking distance. I would have no problem staying at the condo and community again.
Comfortable, clean, short walk to the beach, very quiet, good AC. Third guest slept on an air mattress, small ocean view.
Was great except for a few places being not so clean. A few things left in the kitchen and the shower was a bit moldy
Very nice condo....close to beaches and restaurants. We could walk to everything. Beach chairs and umbrella were available for us to use, which was very nice. The air conditioners were very loud and it took a couple of nights to get used to the noise. Overall it was a great place to stay.

I arrived at 2:30 am and walked into a complete mess. The place was clearly not cleaned since the previous guests. We had no clean linens or towels. We were forced to sleep with dirty sheets and no blankets. I contacted the host who said he had a miscommunication with the cleaner. After searching further reviews, this happens often. Cleaner was scheduled for 10am, then rescheduled again for 12:30pm. I asked him to cancel the cleaner and I would do the laundry myself so I did not have to waste my first day of vacation waiting.After that conversation, I found that it was much worse then a surface clean needed. The shower was covered in mold, the shower head was broken and there was think dust built up in the shower vent. The dishwasher was broken. The washing machine seal is full of mold and smelled horrible. The dryer barely worked. There was not basic soaps as described. The AC unit in the bedroom is so loud you cannot sleep with it on. The unit in the living does no good because the windows are broken and letting in the hot air. There was a broken beach chair and broken umbrella as well. There was much more but these were the worst. The location needs a deep clean and disinfect. The area is great but the condo was a horrible experience. The host was not at all concerned about our time and ignored my inquiry about the dishwasher. I reached out to Vrbo customer service and they did nothing for me. Do not make the mistake I did, avoid this rental.
Absolutely loved the location, the place was clean upon arriving, small ocean view from deck. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would 100% recommend booking this place.
Everything was great about the property. Great location restaurants right across the street and Nextdoor. Had an issue with the washer and dryer. The property manager answered the phone right away, came over and fixed it and gave me a six pack of beer for my trouble. Good man.
Good location close to everything
The good: Location. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and numerous food trucks.The condo surroundings were well kept and even though the condo is right off a busy street it was quiet. The bad: As others have stated the air conditioners were loud and noisy, especially the one in the bedroom. The noise made it difficult to talk or sleep. The ceiling fan above the bed needed to be balanced or better yet replaced. It was also noisy. We ended up bringing in a portable fan at night and did not use either the air conditioner or ceiling fan. The dishwasher was not working, but we were made aware of this before we arrived. The noise from the air conditioners would keep us from coming back. If the air conditioner issues were resolved, we would return.
Location is great. Short walks to a couple different beaches and to restaurants. Unit is off the main street and quiet. Very affordable compared to most places on the area.
Only complaint was the dish washer was broken and we were not notified before hand or given a small discount for the inconvenience. No one wants to hand wash dishes for a family of four on vacation!

Nice fluffy towels, well appointed kitchen, had beach chairs/mats/towels/umbrellas.
Beautiful grounds, clean pool, handy outdoor showers.

CONS
Both AC units were noisy, and the one in the bedroom was SUPER noisy and cycled on and off many times a night. If this hasn’t been replaced, you’ll need ear plugs.
We were there during a hot spell. Didn’t see that there was a sun shade until the second to last day (that could’ve helped). In all fairness, the owner was very responsive and tried to find an AC replacement, but had no luck. He did bring a floor fan to help.
We were happy with the owner and liked much about the unit and location, but wouldn’t stay there again unless there was a good, reliable AC system.
The condo was in a great location, right across the street from the beach. It had everything we needed to spend our days exploring the island. The owner was prompt in responding and accommodating our needs. We love Maui and this was a great place to visit. We will be back.
Condo was perfect for a “home base”. We spent most of the days exploring the island and it was great having a place with a washer and dryer to keep up on laundry because we were always out hiking or at the beach. The condo is close to a lot of things and central for other activities. We did a lot of hiking so we were always out at different parts of the island. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants.
We had a few issues come up with our stay. Dirty towels all over the floor when we arrived, no sheets on the bed, garbage disposal wasn’t working so sink wouldn’t drain properly and the dishwasher stopped working. Our host was fast to communicate with which was appreciated! The location was great and we loved having beach chairs/umbrella to use. Overall wasn’t great but wasn’t bad.
My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. Ty stocked the closet with some simple beach supplies like a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. It was walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai overlooking the ocean. I’d stay here again no doubt!
Excellent location to beach and shopping. Quiet condo community. The condo has a very nice large kitchen with plenty of seating for quests. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had a/c which was nice for sleeping. We would return again.
Great vacation, great place to stay. Communication with host is excellent. Would book again if we return to Maui.

Super responsive host and we greatly appreciated being allowed to stay a little longer till our flight departure time! That was a huge help to us so we didn’t have to lug around our belongings. Condo is right off the elevator which was convenient to get to. Pool was small but nice :) Easy access to beach (walking) and right next to Kihei Cafe which has yummy food!
We like the location as it is very accessible to the main highway and it is a short run towards the beach. Perfect place to view the sunset. The apartment is also very spacious. I think what needs to be improved is the facilities. They are a bit outdated. No washing machine as well. Over all, we were satisfied.
