This private 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront condo awaits your romantic island get-away or fun-filled family vacation. At 1640 square feet of indoor living space plus an additional 810 square feet of outdoor lanai space, this home allows you to bring the family without being on top of each other. Or bring two other couples and score a great value compared to renting 3 hotel rooms. Our condo is located on a corner as close to the ocean as you can get and there are ocean views from almost every window. If you have a good arm, you could throw a ball from our lanai into the ocean. And we are a 5-minute walk from two quiet beaches with some of the best snorkeling on Maui. Our home comfortably sleeps 6 with generous-sized rooms and high ceilings. Two Primary bedrooms have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and doors that open out to a lanai. The unique corner primary bedroom has 2 patio doors that lead to different ocean-front lanais. Imagine listening to the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep every night. You don't even have to get out of bed to enjoy the ocean view! The third bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a king-sized bed and has a mountain view. A queen-sleeper sofa makes up the rest of the accommodations. Central air-conditioning and a full sized washer and dryer are included as well as 3 televisions, (one with surround sound and Apple TV) a DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access to provide our guests with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with most gear a gourmet cook needs and has a dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator/freezer so you can dine-in with views better than most restaurants.
Watch both the ocean and TV from the L-shaped couch in the great room or have a family meal at the 6-seat dining table. Sample the vistas from each of the lounge chairs on the lanai and try to decide which one has the best view. It's a tough life but someone has to live it! Even the kitchen has an ocean view so if you decide not to dine out, you can watch the waves while you cook. Or you can fire up the barbecue and eat on the lanai while looking for turtles and whales.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was just as advertised and even better. The views and access to the beach are incredible. The condo is well stocked and felt very homey. We loved it so much we already booked our second visit.

We had a great week enjoying beautiful views and a perfect location. With convenient access to beaches, our whole family enjoyed relaxing and playing on the beach - and was more convenient with the provided chairs/umbrella etc. we even saw turtles swimming right up to the shore! The apartment was fully stocked and had everything we could need and Susan was very responsive, kind, and flexible with our needs. We will miss the nightly sunsets from the balcony. We loved this place and will definitely come back.

My wife and our 2 daughters had a wonderful stay at Susan's condo. The setting was unbelievable, as this was the first time in multiple Hawaii visits that we never even ventured to another beach. The beach has amazing fish and turtle viewing, with great boogie boarding in the evening. The condo was beautiful and we all had our own bedroom and bath space and that worked out beautiful. The property is simply amazing even better than the pictures. The common areas are amazing for family time. The lanais have the best views in Maui - looking at Lanai, Molakini Crater. We walked to the beach and snorkeled with turtles right outside the property. A short drive (5 minutes) to Ahini Kanai - which was amazing snorkeling. The condo is well stocked with cooking supplies, BBQ grill, and top of line appliances. The beds were super comfortable and the master shower had amazing view of the water. The 3rd floor walk up was no big deal for our family (two 20 year olds, 18 year old and 13 year old). The whole family used the small gym. Highly recommend the property for active families.

Beautiful location, condo has wonderful waterfront views and easy beach access. Very tasteful and relaxing decor with every convenience in every room. Excellent kitchen appointments, luxurious linens, super lighting and fans. The master bathroom/shower is a vacation in itself! Our family could not have been happier or more comfortable. The two large lanais provide great lounging areas for all.

Exactly as advertised—beautiful condo with a stunning view! The property is immaculately maintained and well managed. Easy access to spectacular beaches. I would definitely look to stay here again if another Maui trip is in our future.

I have stayed at Makena Surf in various buildings and this was truly the best location in terms of amazing ocean view and proximity to the beach and bigger pool. The unit itself was also the nicest we have stayed in. It is fully renovated with a master shower that has two glass walls that look out into the ocean! The unit was very well stocked with regular household items but also not “cluttered”. Susan was great to work with and her onsite property manager was also super responsive to my questions. I already booked this unit for next year!
