This home was beautiful and exactly as it was described. We couldn’t have been more pleased with staying here and we will definitely book this property again. Our favorites were waking up to the sound of the waves and taking morning walks for coffee along the ocean. Everything we needed was close by and Belle was so accommodating with recommendations.
Our family had a wonderful time during our recent stay here. The location is excellent and makes accessing local beaches and restaurants easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella- no snorkels/masks/fins, though you’re better off renting the right size from one of the local shops). The kitchen is well appointed with cookware, but you will need to purchase any oil, spices. Lots of games, movies for relaxing evenings with family. AC in every room was great to take the edge off the humidity. We will definitely consider returning here on a future visit to Kauai.
It was overall very nice and worked very well for our family. It wasn't over the top fancy but was very nice and comfortable, well laid out, well equipped and great pools/grounds. The location is the best. You will not be disappointed!
This condo exceeded our expectations! It was impeccably clean, felt brand new, and had ample space for myself, my husband, our 4 year old, and our nanny. The location is completely epic, right in the center of Poipu and walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants, the Poipu Athletic Club for drop-in classes, and of course the beach. The views are absolutely stunning, and the pool was great. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we really appreciated that all we had to do when we left was load and start the dish washer and remove the trash. No stripping beds, starting the washer, etc. It made our departure much easier. Thank you thank you thank you Kevin and Belle for a wonderful stay! We will be back.
My husband and I love this property. It is beautifully furnished and meticulously cared for. Just across the street is the ocean. You can walk to Kukui’ula for lunch and shopping! We come every year and stay at this lovely condo.
Score lower than 5 stars:1. The downstairs bathroom was not very clean.2. The Neighborhood had some issues in the evening. The street parking, racing (happened once), tire screeching where not expected in this small piece of paradise.
Beautiful property & condo. Superb communication upon booking through departure. Great location, walkable or simple short drive to shops, beaches, golfing & restaurants. Highlight was watching waves & sunset from inside the condo or outside on the patio.
We just stayed on this property last week. We were 6 friends traveling together. This is a beautiful property and a stunning location with water views all around. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the pool. The home is well appointed with every amenity necessary. Belle, who is the owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we go back to Kauai, we will definitely check to see if this property is still available for a return visit.
My family and I had a wonderful time staying here in Kauai. The property was very nice and came with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The location was great as well. It was very close to the beach. The property manage and the owner were very nice and answered all our questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent this property again on our next return.
We had a great week at this exceptionally immaculate and well stocked condo. There were 4 adults and one 21 month old toddler. Plenty of room for all of us.
We enjoyed the pool and grounds, but Poipu Beach was especially fun for a toddler, and it was just minutes away.
The patio outside our condo was a great place to watch the ocean waves......view was fantastic.

My wife and I truly enjoyed staying here. This was our first time in Kauai and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Being right next to the ocean was wonderful and having such a short access to beaches around the area was a blessing. This unit was very lovely and provided all the amenities we needed including a nice kitchen for the times we decided to not eat out.
Belle was a great host and provided all the pre arrival information we needed to “move right in” when we arrived. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Kauai again I hope we can rent this place again!!

Our family stayed at this unit for 8 nights and it exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, very clean, and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beach chairs, towels and coolers came in very handy, not to mention having a washer and dryer. The ocean view from the patio was outstanding, especially at sunset with the breathtaking views. We were a few minutes from beaches, restaurants, shopping centers and food trucks, which made our stay very convenient. The property manager was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going well and provided activity suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!
My family and I stayed for 6 nights at this property and we are so happy we booked here! The owner was amazing from the start and communication was outstanding! The management company was also very much on top of things and responded quickly with questions we had. The property itself was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was super close to the Sheraton beach and we walked there in about 5 minutes! The property had beach towels, chairs, and the kitchen was stocked with all you needed to cook! The property was clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash! We had a gorgeous view from this ocean view property and we can’t wait to book again!!! This Poipu Kapili 2 bedroom, 3 bath was exactly what we needed! The townhome had everything listed and the Kapili Townhome complex was private & safe & clean & within a short 6 or 7 min walk to the beach in front of the Sheraton (Kiahuna Beach) or a 3 min drive to Poipu Beach. Loads of Restaurants to choose from and shopping malls and grocery stores within minutes. We used Google maps and Yelp to find places and their hours. The host has good recommendations also. The host (Belle) was helpful & pleasant from beginning of reservation to after the stay was over. While we were there we had surfing lessons, did Snuba, saw numerous Monk seals (even had one bump into my 18 yr old grandson while he swam in ocean), saw numerous Sea Turtles at Poipu Beach, played hours of board games and card games, swam in Kapili pool, went Water tubing, and saw Luau Ka Hikina (Highly recommend)! Then after checking out we drove all the way to Pu'u O Kila Lookout (elevation over 5000 ft). What a view! Not to mention the Waimea Canyon State Park on the way up and back. Still had time to shop and eat before going to the airport at 4pm. An unforgettable vacation for my 3 oldest grandkids and us.
Really enjoying looking out from the master and the living room at the ocean waves each day. Having three bathrooms for showers after day at the beach was a plus. Property is very spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

This is one of the nicest properties I have rented. Given location, hosts, etc likely the best rental we have had on vrbo in 15 years.
Location is great. If you snorkel, the reef on the West side of Kiahuna Beach is great, you can walk to Poipu, Lawai or Koloa Landing and jump in there and be inside an aquarium. Kiahuna also has fun surf (shore-pound) for body boarding and swimming. You can rent day beads at the Sheraton. At low tide you can walk across the street and check out incredible tidepools (bring your reef shoes).
Townhouse itself is in a great little community with a pool, BBQs greenbelts, etc.
Rental is stuffed with useful stuff (Beach Towels, Body Wash, Paper products) and we really didnt need much of anything. I bought some Charmin Ultra soft, but i am a TP diva.
The views here are perhaps better than the photos.
The AC works well. Be sure you follow the directions for the climate control system. They werent set correctly when we arrived and the first few days the temps were wildly inconsistent and likely used more energy than was necessary.
Hosts were friendly and helpful at every level.
The only small negatives were community related. We had to move our car due to sealing the parking lot, our next door neighbors had a flood of some kind and they had to check our our place and the hoa had to gain access to spray for bugs (in hawaii this is a good thing trust me).
I would feel really lucky to be able to rent this place in the future.

We celebrated our Mom’s 85 th birthday. The condo was beautiful and clean. The owners are so amazing and helpful. Everything we needed was provided and available. The location is amazing. I can only pray that we can stay there again. Dream come true! Thank you.
