Overall, we had a great vacation. But area is SUPER windy. We went to east and west sides of the island and it was much calmer. The condo was ok. It has almost everything you need but I think they could go a little farther in providing more convenient stays for guests. Like there was dish soap but no sponge or dish cloth. Bathroom has only hand soap, but not even small sized shampoo and conditioner. It would be very helpful specially when you arrive late at night. There was only two cooking pots, one really small and one really big. Coffee maker didn’t have any coffee filters that are also would be helpful. There was beach chairs , But I think Some of them was not cleaned for so long it has a wasp nest attached to it. The location of the condo is OK but you have to drive everywhere. There is almost nothing to do in close proximity. Otherwise, we liked the condo It has plenty of linen and towels. It was good for the price we paid.
The apartment was larger than I expected and had everything I neededs for my stay.
Very comfortable basic condo with a fantastic sand beach sheltered from the trade winds and very little waves. Convenient to all locations on Maui. It is in the landing path for incoming jets, but there are not many flights into Maui.

For the last 8 years had a great stay in B16. Only down side was the cost per day. I would love that it be a little more cost effective.

ALL was excellent...found the "safe" instruction booklet in the nightstand drawer with Bible! Last year was better only because our view was looking at the ocean...

Destination Maui staff very helpful and much appreciated. Particularly Rosemary in the office and Jennifer at the condominium. The unit itself was somewhat disappointing as it had only a double size bed for sleeping and a substandard size refrigerator ,that was also too small, for example.

Wonderful
Clean and comfortable. Loved the whales in the bay and the turtles along the surf break.
Family atmosphere. Able to cook meals. Close to the beach and the swimming pool a plus.
The smell from the sewage plant.
Convenient for beach and short drive to main shops
Wonderful place! Excellent Management team and communication. Away from the hustle and bustle of this very busy weekend for the island of Maui!
